Epstein killed himself in a U.S. jail last summer as he awaited trial on sex trafficking charges.

Putative royals like Andrew and other 'elites' too often use Trump's infamous 'I'm not responsible for that' line of defense. They are able to afford legal teams to defend that position and have PR groups use the media to influence the public. That that US jail was one overseen by the US Department of Justice whose director is Trump appointee William Barr, an 'elite' who's spent his career in the innermost circles of the 'elite' (including the far right Federalist Society), and that far right Trump among others in the ruling circles of the globe's 'elite has been associated with Epstein in any number of ways has led to lots of speculation.

If Prince Andrew offered to cooperate, then show us the proof.

Frankly, I don’t believe Andrew ever offered to cooperate in any meaningful way, and I think he is trying to squirm out of testifying now. These actions by his lawyers serve only to put up a smokescreen and give him an excuse not to testify.

The guy is a pedophile, a liar, and he needs to be behind bars.

Some people say Randy Andy's defense gambit will take on a familiar ring : "That's a nasty question. I don't know him. I've never met him. I have my photograph taken with many, many people. I've never heard of him".

His interview last fall regarding the Epstein case was very cringeworthy.

Is he sweating yet?

Not nearly as close as Clinton and his relationship with Epstein.

Not nearly as close as Clinton and his relationship with Epstein.

I watched a Netflix documentary about Epstein and found out that President Clinton flew on Epstein’s private jet 24 times and traveled to his private island in the U.s. Virgin Islands ( aka Pedophile Island) with the Prince, Chris Tucker, and Kevin Spacey. It became obvious that Clinton was involved as well. I know that Trump attended parties at the same time as Epstein. I am reserving judgement awaiting evidence he traveled on his plan or spent time at any of his private residences.

Or they say, “I did not have sex with that woman, ”.

The "calendar girl" event is reported to have taken place at Trump's Mar-a-Lago in 1992.

Epstein lived next door to Trump in both Palm Beach and New York!

People seem to have forgotted that Trump was accused of repeatedly raping a 13 year-old girl at several of Epstein's parties in 1994.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiight. Tell us another one.

Its perfectly natural to attack and hate others accused of having any sex or even in the act. Other animals do it too. And that's all I see here...animal behavior....just directed toward a subgroup, real or imagined.

Lots of emotions are attributed to it, especially jealousy. But there is also the intense to desire to have excuses to belittle others and reduce their status in the pecking order.

The simple fact that talking will get you widespread intense scorn is reason enough to not want to talk about anything at all; and you don't even have to be guilty for that to happen. Even the accusers face this until a certain point when it flip flops for them. I surmise that point is when its seen as more cruelly satisfying to go after the accused.

I am sure Andrew can sense that due to all the above he can't talk. All promises by the authorities to not investigate him are not to be believed because of this animal behavior either. This has all reached McCarthyism levels except its no longer gays that are the subtarget after communists; its pedophiles after drug users and terrorists now and again, you need not be guilty.

And who believes Epstein killed himself?? I suspect Andrew also does not want to wind up like Epstein.

I know I will be hated for this post. It natural for those more animal than human.

Sounds like selective prosecution.

Maybe once he is voted out of office we can get an investigation into Trump, as well.

The action isn't sex - most adults in modern society are entirely ok with that. The problem people have is sex with minors, apparently against their consent.

I read your post, and I'm not clear what exactly you were railing against. Can you explain a little further? What exactly are you criticizing?

Sounds like selective prosecution.

Indeed, Andrew will be thrown to the lions, he's of no importance and it'll make the pleb happy, in the meantime all the "important" people, businessmen, politics involved will get a free pass.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

And that's all I see here...animal behavior....just directed toward a subgroup, real or imagined.

Are you defending paedophiles or rich people?

2 ( +5 / -3 )

The action isn't sex - most adults in modern society are entirely ok with that. The problem people have is sex with minors, apparently against their consent.

Note the bolds. Consider how you cannot make up your own mind.

As for what is consent or not, you are confused. There is a difference between giving consent and society and/or the law not accepting that consent. The women/girls in question are not saying they didn't consent. No one is saying they were forced, tricked or coerced. All that is being said is that they did it at a time where their consent was not legally acceptable. If you disagree, then please quote me an actual quote of complaint from any of the women/girls. I don't think you can do it. All I ever read was stories from them and it sounds like they had a fantastic time unless you choose to fill in the blanks they leave wide open via a particular bias.

I don't expect any fair or logical analysis from anyone. That would mean parting with the joy of vilifying others and the comfort that comes from feeling one is now higher socially than another.

What exactly are you criticizing?

People using contrived sexual morality to attack others for their own selfish pleasure or agenda. None of this is really about justice. Its about indirect titillation because they can't get the direct titillation.

-5 ( +4 / -9 )

Hang on - wasnt he just innocently eating pizza with his children at home when this incident allegedly took place?!

If ultimately found guilty, being banged up in a US prison for years should sort Andrew out.

0 ( +2 / -2 )

Are you defending paedophiles or rich people?

If having sex with a teenager makes someone a pedophile, then most teenagers are pedophiles. How else can attraction to a teenager be explained even if oneself is a teenager? To not be a pedophile means they can only be attracted to legal adults. After all the focus is the attraction, not one's own station, otherwise a 60 year old man with a 30 year old woman is also a pedophile.

I am defending sanity, fairness, justice and SCIENCE against insane animal thoughts and behaviors. For the record I despise rich people and royalty especially. But I am not going to ride a bandwagon of stupid just to get at one of them.

-5 ( +4 / -9 )

All I ever read was stories from them and it sounds like they had a fantastic time

Ugh

None of this is really about justice. Its about indirect titillation because they can't get the direct titillation.

I'm pretty sure most folks here don't want to have sex with minors.

0 ( +4 / -4 )

If having sex with a teenager makes someone a pedophile, then most teenagers are pedophiles.

It's actually hebephilia or ephebophilia when it is teenagers. Pedophiles specifically refers to prepubescent children.

I have no idea if it would be logical to call a prepubscent child who likes other children of the same age a pedophile, or to call a teenager who likes other teenagers a hebephile or an ephebophile. What I do know is that society is ok with this, because we have deemed it appropriate.

What we have deemed inappropriate however, is grown adults, who have both fully developed logic centers, as well a much higher likelihood of the life experience well beyond teens to be able to manipulate said teens into actions that don't serve that teen's best interests, sleeping with said teens.

So whether or not teenagers sleeping with other teenagers would fit the classification of pedophiles (or hebephiles, or ephebophiles) is entirely irrelevant to a conversation about grown adults having sex with children, which society has deemed unacceptable. It's the equivalent of "all lives matter" in a discussion about sleeping with teens. It serves no purpose other than to muddy the conversation.

No one is accusing Andrew of any sort of violence yet people feel free to advocate extreme violence in return.

Not me. I despise vengeance and the death penalty. I'd rather Epstein had stayed alive and for him to be shamed with the weight of what he had done.

As for the royal parasite, it might take him down a notch or two, instill some humility in him - a jail sentence. But as much as I disapprove of the monarchy and nonces, I don't want to see brutal retribution.

Andrew conduct was despicable and the least they do do to him is to strip him of all royal titles and privileges.

Bill Clinton, never known for his chastity, again disgraced himself associating himself with Epstein.

Then there is our dear president Trump, caught on camera partying with Epstein along with a bunch of very young cheerleaders. He can be clearly see saying 'Isn't she hot', to Epstein.

I have a suspicion he wasn't concerned about the body temperature of the girl!!!!

Privilege has let all these 3 escape charges and it is a disgrace.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

Andy is just the tip of the iceberg, but a nice target for US authorities as there is no political fallout from hassling him.  Going after Clinton or some of Epstein's "liberal" celeb buddies would be far more difficult for them.

3 ( +6 / -3 )

Hmm. 3 people disagree with my opinion that most folks here don't want to have sex with minors.

That's ... worrying.

Going after Clinton or some of Epstein's "liberal" celeb buddies would be far more difficult for them.

Well, I hope all those who prey on underage kids are brought to justice. Don't care what politics they follow.

Criminal? No! Innocent until proven guilty.

Prosecute? Andrew is being asked to be questioned and is beyond the statue of limitations.

Andrew is refusing questioning and will continue to refuse and whether innocent or guilty he has excellent reasons to refuse. Only a daft person would actually believe he is going to change his mind, or should. Thus this is a waste of time and money.

@zichi: Donald Trump used to host wild cocaine-fueled sex parties with underage models as young as 15 at the Plaza Hotel, a new report claims.

I am looking into this now - thanks for the info. Found some articles on this already. Also stumbled upon Epsteins portrait of Clinton in Monica's blue dress. What a whacko.

ulyssesToday 10:36 am JSTAndrew conduct was despicable and the least they do do to him is to strip him of all royal titles and privileges.

Bill Clinton, never known for his chastity, again disgraced himself associating himself with Epstein.

He was known for his exploits with younger dumb consenting adults. He hasn't been seen with teens but stupid willing adults. Big difference. Still, however - keeping company with Epstein the peddler even to get his action with adults is disgraceful nonetheless.

Then there is our dear president Trump, caught on camera partying with Epstein along with a bunch of very young cheerleaders. He can be clearly see saying 'Isn't she hot', to Epstein.

Clinton hasn't committed a crime that we truly know of, but it's still very stupid. The other 2 have and they are definitely pedo scum.

Right after Biden's impeachment.

Right after Biden's impeachment.

Biden's responsible for every rain that ever started when you got just too far away to go back for your umbrella, but still far enough away you're going to get soaked if you don't.

Except for the ones Obama is responsible for, which is all of them.

0 ( +3 / -3 )

Clinton hasn't committed a crime that we truly know of, but it's still very stupid. The other 2 have and they are definitely pedo scum.

Clinton was already caught lying about going after young girls in the White House. He rode on Epsteins plane 24 times and has been to pedo island in the USVI. Very incriminating. As for Trump, there are accusations but not specifically about underaged girls "yet". We'll see.

Criminal? No! Innocent until proven guilty.

Innocent until proven guilty is an outdated concept in America. You must first factor the political correctness aspect of the accused person. If you are on the wrong side of that - you are guilty until proven innocent - and then the other side will still claim you are guilty. That's how America rolls in the 21st Century.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

I’m more concerned with the fact that the current resident of the White House - the leader of all Americans, who was buddy buddy with Epstein, and has a history of repeatedly walking into the room while minor women are getting changed.

Get Clinton too if he also slept with underage women. All of those elites who think they can get away with it deserve condemnation. But the current president would seem to a more pressing issue than a former one.

1 ( +3 / -2 )

Andrew's lawyers said in a statement that he has offered three times this year to speak with U.S. investigators after being assured that he “is not and has never been a ‘target’ of their criminal investigations into Epstein.”

That offer, though, came with a request that “our co-operation and any interview arrangements would remain confidential,” said the firm Blackfords LLP in London.

“Unfortunately, the DOJ has reacted to the first two offers by breaching their own confidentiality rules and claiming that the Duke has offered zero cooperation. In doing so, they are perhaps seeking publicity rather than accepting the assistance proffered,” the lawyers said.

This case is getting more, and more, ridiculous. The U.S. investigators have no jurisdiction in England. They can only ASK if English subjects would be willing to participate. And they should ask nicely if they actually expect cooperation. If U.S. investigators chose to leak selected parts of their investigation(s) to the media, which seems to be their standard operation procedure these days, I doubt anyone outside of their jurisdiction would cooperate with them.

Jeffrey Epstein is dead. That case is closed. Are these U.S. investigators looking into senile ol' Bill extracurricular activity? Are they looking into the lifestyle of Epstein's righthand procurer? To what end? It no longer appears that anyone can be sent to prison. No one can be made to pay a fine.

If Clinton did it with anyone underage then he should be charged. However, if you're POTUS you're being watched all the time - somebody wants to find you doing or saying something stupid, and ALL Presidents have done so. And Clinton never was seen with a teenager.

Trump OTOH has bragged about barging into beauty queens' locker rooms, assaulting women and his lust for his daughter live on TV. He has openly stated all these things and more on TV and radio, stunning even the shock-jock Howard Stern. And he has been seen repeatedly with Epstein and he said he likes 'em 'the younger, the better'.

His blubbering lips betray him, every time.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

No he didn't. Not in either place. Ever.

People seem to have forgotted that Trump was accused of repeatedly raping a 13 year-old girl at several of Epstein's parties in 1994.

Some people also "forgotted" that the case was a joke from the beginning - a complete fake that dropped when they started getting attention. The description of Trump saying stuff like "you are mine now," was like a cliche from a bad movie script.

Anything else you'd like to share?

0 ( +2 / -2 )

Why do you think more resources should be placed on Clinton, and do you even think trump should also be investigated, or are you going the full hyper-partisan approach?

I don't think more resources should be placed on Clinton - never said that. In fact, I said that each should be treated the same under the law. The fact that one is a current president and the other an ex-president shouldn't matter at all - unless it serves a partisan purpose. Going after Trump serves a partisan purpose. We've seen the #resistance going after Trump since he announced his run for president. I actually sympathize with them. In all probability Biden will win this November. I am all in on #resistance to his potential presidency. I will endorse Tara Reid's going after him and I will support his impeachment for this and for collusion with China to benefit himself (ie. his son) personally.

At this point there appears to be more evidence against Clinton because he spent much more time with Epstein than has Trump. Clinton has been getting away with rape and sexual assaults for years - all the while protected by the Left and their allies in the media. These attacks on women were nothing more than bimbo eruptions. Trumps "Calendar Girl" episode would be worth investigating if it is alleged that any of the women were underaged. No such allegation has been made so far. But let the evidence lead to where it leads - equal justice under the law.
