Just so I’m clear, you’re labeling me a right winger correct?
That’s funny, you misquote me and put it in quotes.

lol, "I don't know what the story is about but CNN reporting it is bad"
Strangerland
Ironically enough, I read Fox pretty regularly, by going to their site, while only reading CNN if it's something linked to. Fox is way more integrated into my algorithm than CNN is.

That's still no excuse, nobody is above the law. Bojo and Co. partied like it's 1999 while the Queen sat alone in a cathedral at her husband's funeral. Big time respect, man!
The 'Bobbies' need to just 'investigating', and Parliament needs to tell Bojo to go-go, now. Go-go OUT. All the way out.

Seems to me the difference is that right wingers look at different sources, while the CNN et al consumers stay locked inside their bubble (Jack Dorsey actually confirmed that pattern in Twitter.) Which approach do you think gives a better base to form an opinion?
ClippetyClop
Right wingers watch more CNN than the people they complain watch too much CNN. But they only claim they watch a bit.
Personally, I think you should probably watch less of all of the 'MSM' that you clearly watch too much of, it's clearly not doing you any good.

I was watching this on CNN for about 15 minutes. At times it reminded me of a Monty Python skit. Don’t know the details of the controversy, but CNN had picked their side and was propagating against Johnson in their stupid “point reminder” box on the screen.

I would hate to be one of the police officers assigned to this case. What a thankless task it will be. I'm sure at least one has asked "what did I do to deserve this?" No matter how well or poorly they investigate this matter some group of powerful politicians and possibly their police department allies will be angry with them and have their knives out.

Good one. That made me laugh, until my post Covid cough kicked in and spoiled my revelry.

Like other parties of the kind, it was first silent, then talky, then argumentative, then disputatious, then unintelligible, then altogether, then inarticulate, and then drunk. When we had reached the last step of this glorious ladder, it was difficult to get down again without stumbling.

Mr Boris Johnson is a lying charlatan who I wouldn’t trust to be able to run a bath let alone a country.
Which is why the shifty former consigliere Johnson threw under his doubledecker has dubbed him a big kunlangeta , an Eskimo moniker that even to English ears sounds as sordid as it does to Inuits, innit?

Mind you, he was voted in, you get what you vote for.

Built in the Thatcher era, oddly enough.

This all seems quite laughable compared to all of the social affairs at the Trump White House where nearly everyone was mask-less as the Covid-19 pandemic was raging.

-and end up giving people tickets.
So organisers may get fined, which was the standard punishment for the many lockdown parties that got raided, usually after annoying their neighbours with several hours of loud music.
Barnacle Boris is sticking to his rock whilst the opposition are attempting to categorically define a party. Business as usual.
After Brexit and two years of wall-to-wall covid restrictions, and before WWIII kicks off in the Ukraine, we should sit back and enjoy the circus.

That the police are only now in2022 investigating Johnson's breach of rules starting from 2020 is just one more indication of how position and politics make some more equal than others on the UK's "Animal Farm". If the police had done their job and duty by investigating and prosecuting "Big Dog" Bozza for his business and pleasure with Ms Arcuri when he was Mayor of London, the nation would have been spared much pain and suffering since jailing Johnson would have prevented his insidious Brexit campaign and his sojourn in Downing St. presiding over the unfunny Covid mismanagement clown show.

Putting "gate" at the end of words kinda cheapens it.

The sad part is that police investigating these very obvious transgressions is something unexpected enought to become news.

It's a big club, and you ain't in it. - George Carlin
All this goes to show is that if you're in that club, you can do whatever you like without consequence. Further proof that the people in charge have nothing but contempt for the average person. That being the case, there's no reason whatsoever to comply with the rules they impose if they aren't going to follow the rules themselves.
It's always been the case, but the exaggerated pandemic has brought it out into the cold, hard light of day. That anyone still respects these people and follows their edicts without question is a pretty strong indicator that there's a mass psychosis going on. In a sane world Boris and his mates would be rotting in prison right now.

Who could possibly be surprised by his behaviour?
