Dude has been watching way to many Hollywood movies! 13 years should give him plenty of time to cool off and get to grips with reality. I really feel for the girl, though. I hope she now has closure and is able to overcome the psychological damage this nut did.

I think 13 years is a reasonable sentence for this crime. No one was hurt, the bomb wasn't real.
