Manafort to be sentenced in February; appears in wheelchair

I'm not an attorney but it seems to me that the judge in this case has been heavily biased against the prosecution. Me, I'm all in favor of making sure crooks are convicted and sentenced to prison, especially those who sell out their country for custom-made suits and expensive homes.
