And most likely he doesn't care, nor do his loyal, ultranationalist followers.
Putin's got his partner Mohammad Bin Salman Al Saud to sell more weapons to, he's got Saudi Arabia and Iran to join forces with to dominate world oil and gas sales, and he's got his boy 'Individual 1' leading the US.

Russia will be installing a fourth battery of S400 missiles in the Crimea by the end of this month. They are nervous about their new bridge, however, as there have been some calls in the Ukraine to blow it up.

Saudi Arabia and Iran? Together?? Joke of the week!
Attempt at another joke? Saudis are not a major buyer of Russian weapons, they are having discussions on the sale of S-400 air defence missile system, but it is not finalized yet. The major seller of weaponry to the Saudis are the U.S. (more then 100 billions). It explains the frantic attempts by Washington to extricate MBS out of the scandal. Money talks there.

Russian - American relation won't be back to the normal unless Special Council Robert Muller's investigation on connection between President Trump and Russian meddling of 2016 Election was finished. Muller has to confess he found there's no smoking gun to accuse Trump has colluded with the Russian in 2016 Election.
Currently, the President Trump cannot mend the the US and Russia relationship even if he wanted better relationship with the Russian Government. Democrat and liberal left wing media are showing too much hatred against the Russian President Putin in media and tried to isolate him from the West. They have made the world more dangerous than WWII.

Russian US relations won't be back to normal until Putin stops interfering in western democracies, stops invading neighbors, and stop supporting thugs (Assad) around the world....
There have already been confessions - Manafort, Flynn, Gates, Papdapolous, Cohen - and when Mueller finishes, maybe Trump will confess and opt for a plea deal too...
Obviously, with all the "kompromat" Putin has on him...
Typical Russian disinformation - they interfere in our election and provoke trouble all over the world, and its the media's fault. That sounds very similar to "the media is the enemy of the people" ... Birds of a feather...
