Should Cameron win a majority government in 2015, it's pretty much a given that Britain will leave the EU, reforms or not.

I would not take bets on that as it would be a disaster for the economy and business plus the white house has already said that they would prefer the uk to remain in the centre of a strong but if the uk wishes to leave thats their choice but they will not renegotiate any trade treaties they have with europe to include the uk.
