Right, he says. He will have his day in court to make such arguments.

Mexican drug cartel leader Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada said that he was ambushed and kidnapped when he thought he was going to meet the governor of the northern state of Sinaloa, and then taken against his will to the United States

Fortunately, he wasn’t shot, dismembered, burned or strung up from an overpass as so many of HIS victims have been.

And as he has multiple warrants in the U.S. AND as U.S. case law says it matters not how he got to US territory, he’s not going back.

Nope, El Mayo gets to spend his remaining days in ADX Florence AKA “The Alcatraz of the Rockies” with El Chapo.

I'm an international drug lord and I was ambushed and kidnapped before being handed over to the gringos!

Isn't that usually how it's done?

There was a warrant for his arrest in multiple jurisdictions. The US commonly pays for WANTED people to be delivered to the US. The DEA has this for him: https://www.dea.gov/fugitives/ismael-zambada-garcia

Ismael Zambada Garcia

Reward: UP TO $15 MILLION

Warning:Armed and Dangerous

$15M is a big payday for delivery of someone WANTED.

There are many pages of WANTED people at https://www.dea.gov/fugitives . Perhaps you could put together a team to bring them to the US?
