Not an expert on why there are US troops stationed in Japan. Biden couldn't just send home the US troops on Okinawa even if he wanted to.

Inanities aside, the US did not destroy all of Latin America and cannot afford to raise these countries into places people want to stay.

What? I think the Cuban emigration is largely done and all you have to do is look at Cuba before and after the revolution to see how "bad" it was under US influence. All I want from my govt representatives is to control the border and treat people who violate laws, especially visitors and anyone who entered illegally, like the criminals they are.

Actions should have consequences.

By far, the US has the most immigrants compared to the rest of the world. Over 50M. Germany is next with just under 16M.

The US is fairly generous, but we need realistic limits on that generosity. I want my govt representatives to place those limitations AND enforce them. "Unlimited" isn't viable.

Venezuela is worth escaping. The regime there destroyed the economy. Oppose them and you die in prison getting tortured.

The US made a complete mess of supporting the Venezuelan opposition. If you don't want someone in power, remove them as quickly and as cheaply as you can. Delays just cause more misery for everyone.

It becomes difficult to supply aid to countries that are on the way to failed states, parts of them being run by gangs. Money and aid just gets stolen before it reaches the people, by armed gangs.

When so many people feel the need to escape a country, the abusive failures in charge of it should be wiped out. Then they can go home and rebuild it.
