If you seek asylum, go to an official border control point.

Crossing into the USA anywhere else is breaking US law.

Section 1325. Improper entry by alien

(a) Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts

> Any alien](https://www.law.cornell.edu/definitions/uscode.php?width=840&height=800&iframe=true&def_id=8-USC-92903111-1485256781&term_occur=4346&term_src=title:8:chapter:12:subchapter:II:part:VIII:section:1325) who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the[ United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned

Whenever someone sees this sort of act, they need to let CBP know. Because some people crossing the border between official control points aren't just families, I can see why someone might want a firearm, but only if the land owner has given permission.

Trespassing on private property is illegal for both these "militias" and the illegal immigrants.

This is a direct result of the Republicans open-borders policy. They are encouraging as many illegals as can to infilitrate the country, and now America is paying the price.

The migrants are effectively an invading army.

Glad to see some people are still willing to stand up for their country.

Mexico warns of deep concern over armed groups on U.S. border

Mexico is much less concerned about the drugs and sex trafficking.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

If Americans weren't buying illegal drugs, then there wouldn't be any shipped from Mexico using any means possible.

The best thing that America could do to help out Mexico is legalize recreational use for the commonly trafficked types of drugs, tax the purchase to help combat drug abuse, and let the open market decide how much is needed and where it should come from. Also, the FDA can setup testing for THC content so buyers actually know what they are buying.

After all, God put these plants on Earth for use by humans. Doesn't that make it ok?

I like your comments, but marijuana is not the problem drug coming through Mexico. Cocaine is the big one. Legalizing marijuana, while being a move America should make, will not solve the problems the American war on drugs has caused in Mexico.

They should be more concerned with stopping illegals from going into our country and going through there’s....oh, I forget, Mexico usually deports illegals within their country.

But, if they make it to the border, the undocumented immigrants should be bused farther into the US at taxpayer expense, correct?

But, if they make it to the border, the undocumented immigrants should be bused farther into the US at taxpayer expense, correct?

Within the sanctuary cities and States, yes, sir.

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

Within the sanctuary cities and States, yes, sir.

Do you honestly not see the logic failure in screaming that immigration is a crisis while supporting the idea of transporting undocumented immigrants farther into the homeland?

You do realize sanctuary cities and states aren't islands, so the undocumented immigrants can easily walk into conservative bastions, correct?

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

Do you honestly not see the logic failure in screaming that immigration is a crisis while supporting the idea of transporting undocumented immigrants farther into the homeland?

Do you not honestly see the logic in putting pressure on the sanctuary cities authorities to reverse their twisted policies? Plus, once the undocumented immigrants are released, they can go anywhere they want anyway.

Do you honestly not see the logic failure in screaming that immigration is a crisis while supporting the idea of transporting undocumented immigrants farther into the homeland?

I don’t prescribe to liberal one-sided logic, sorry. I believe in this, if the Democrats don’t want to stop illegal immigration and support sanctuary cities then the logical alternative would be to accommodate their wishes, they get to keep their sanctuary cities and as a bonus they can have as many illegal aliens as they want, keep, support ans take care of and shower them with all the entitlements, the Democrats complained that Trump is heartless, here he is showing them the exact opposite, so as to why the Democrats are complaining....again, is beyond me. The open doors border should embrace this.

You do realize sanctuary cities and states aren't islands, so the undocumented immigrants can easily walk into conservative bastions, correct?

Yes, but the difference is, in the conservative areas, we do have ICE and law enforcement that will round up people, so I don’t think most illegal aliens would venture too far into these bastions.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

The right to effect a lawful citizens arrest is one of the most ancient liberties that Americans still enjoy. It's unfortunate to see the ACLU of all people taking such a partisan political position on this with over the top rhetoric.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

Do you not honestly see the logic in putting pressure on the sanctuary cities authorities to reverse their twisted policies?

Why is that necessary?

Plus, once the undocumented immigrants are released, they can go anywhere they want anyway.

Uhhh . . . You just admitted you are for allowing undocumented immigrants into the country as long as their first stop is a sanctuary city. Smooth, Sorrena.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

Yes, but the difference is, in the conservative areas, we do have ICE and law enforcement that will round up people, so I don’t think most illegal aliens would venture too far into these bastions.

Glad to see you admit there is no immigration crisis.

Glad to see you admit there is no immigration crisis.

For the open borders Democrats, they should then be happy to get as many illegals into their cities and States, it’s a win, win for them.

No matter how many times you push the innacuracy that Dems are for open-borders, it will never be true and it won't change your mutually exclusive stances that we have an immigration crisis but should be shipping undocumented immigrants farther into the homeland at taxpayer expense. Those two ideas are impossible to reconcile.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

No matter how many times you push the innacuracy that Dems are for open-borders,

And you can push the inaccuracy spin that Dems are for closed borders, it isn’t true, hasn’t been true and will never be true. The Democrats have been completely incognito on the issue, I don’t care if Pelosi tries to BELIEVE and tries to MAKE people BELIEVE that there isn’t a problem with both ICE and CBP have stated it numerous times. Funny how the lib networks never want to talk to the very people that work along the border and illegal aliens. So I do think if the Dems want to play hardball and continue to believe in open borders, I think Trump should appease the Democrats and turn the, over to the already over crowded sanctuary cities, they can deal with it.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

Nope. This is only accurate in the hyperpartisan, right wing bubble.

I don’t care if Pelosi tries to BELIEVE and tries to MAKE people BELIEVE that there isn’t a problem with both ICE and CBP have stated it numerous times.

If there is such a problem, why do you support transprorting undocumented immigrants farther into the homeland at government expense?

None of this is accurate. Repubs killed two immigration reform bills in 2013 that would have at least been a start to fixing the problem. Shopping undocumented immigrants farther away from the border at government expense would exacerbate the problem.

Not to mention both ICE and CBP are against the idea.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Yes, this is the inaccurate hyper partisan, Democrat liberal talking points, nothing new.

If there is such a problem, why do you support transprorting undocumented immigrants farther into the homeland at government expense?

Since we do have this problem according to CBP and ICE, and since the Democrats refuse to do anything along the border, then they should have them, they say they have he means and resources to do so, then there you go, the Democrats should put their money where their mouth is and do what they always accuse the President of not doing and that’s we shouldn’t have borders and everyone has the right to come in and feel safe from the evil Republicans and like Rahm Emanuel and Gavin Newsom said, all are welcome, so problem solved, the Democrats can and should take them and allow them to live in their sanctuary cities and States and give them all the entitlements, drivers licenses and all the other free goodies, I think that is a perfect gesture of kindness.

None of this is accurate. Repubs killed two immigration reform bills in 2013 that would have at least been a start to fixing the problem.

No, it’s very accurate and Thank, Harry Reid

Not really, because if they come my State, we won’t tolerate it, we aren’t a sanctuary state and know illegal aliens, they won’t take that risk when they know California is easier to sneak in and if Trump gets his way, open up the doors for them, let California and their liberal voters deal with it. The rich don’t have to worry, they’re protected by....wait for it....their walls.

Not to mention both ICE and CBP are against the idea.

Not entirely true and they’re not the President, so....

If that's what you want to call it instead of facts.

California? Texas? No indocumemted immigrants inbthose states? Or in Fukuoka?

Wait for it . . . California isn't an island. Let's keep the facts in focus here.

The Republicans are freaking out because the results are being seen from their open-borders policies. The people are finally waking up to just how messed up the country has become, due to the Republicans refusing to pass any immigration law during their entire term of rule. If the Republicans had not refused to pass any law as a part of their open-borders policies, we would not be seeing these current problems.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

If that's what you want to call facts

Yup.

This does not solve the issue of undocumented immigrants.

For the sanctuary cities, No it does not, so the Democrats can deal with it, they want it, they will hopefully get it.

California? Texas? No indocumemted immigrants inbthose states?

I thankfully left California, Texas is not a sanctuary State.

Wait for it . . . California isn't an island. Let's keep the facts in focus here

No one said that it was, but it’s a sanctuary State and proud of it and I want my former State to be happy with the influx of illegals. Good luck to them.

Is California part of the United Stated? You are either claiming it is not, or that you want undocumented immigrants in the country.

Why are you for open borders and transportation therefrom?

1 ( +1 / -0 )

I never said that, I only said that our state is not a sanctuary state and ICE would Capture and retain people that are illegals or visa overstayers, add a wall to that, perfect deterrence, the IDF think so as well. I trust them on this subject over any politician in the United States.

Maybe just not as effective as you think when there are 1.6 million illegals living in Texas. 1.2 million from Mexico. the criminals are also the employers in Texas who knowingly employ undocumented. Many undocumented immigrants also find informal work paid in cash under the table, often at rates far below minimum wage, and the employer.

Some Texans getting rich off illegals.

California? Texas? No indocumemted immigrants inbthose states? Or in Fukuoka?

"An increasing number of Japanese language school students from South and Southeast Asia are working part-time in the suburbs of Fukuoka at factory-like locations which operate all day long. Various types of part-time work are done at these bases, including sorting out items for door to door deliveries, as well as preparing convenience store bento lunch boxes."
