I believe that had the former President taken a serious intelligent approach to Covid19 and influenced his followers to follow medical advice, we would be seeing this degree of stupidity.

The United States is nowhere near declaring victory over the pandemic. Still struggling to get everyone vaccinated, medical resources taxed, and living in morbid fear of the new strains. Yet we have State Governors outright dropping masks, opening all business' as if the pandemic is over. The insanity boggles the mind.

Miami is a Republican run city. In fact, the whole state is mostly Republican. It is one of the reason that the trumps fled NYC. That and criminal charges.

Yep. The average American male has a 50/50 chance of being arrested at some time of their life, and the US per capita prison population puts even China and Russia to shame. No country comes anywhere near putting so much of their population in prison.

More than a bit patronizing to suggest that some folk are immune from criticism because of what some other folk did four hundred years ago.

They’re not immune from COVID, and they’re unlikely to fulfill their potential if they end up dead or saddled with long COVID.

They are tired of these stupid lockdowns, no surprise.

It’s more than a little offensive for someone to look at a picture of black American citizens enjoying themselves despite the systemic oppression they must endure every day. Then to have them subjected to the same old tropes that they are not intelligent and cannot be trusted with their own agency. 400 years ago their ancestors were brought to the Western hemisphere in chains. Let us not begrudge them their freedom to make their own choices in life without the same old patronizing systemic attitudes that have only served to hold them back from fulfilling their community’s true potential.

You can’t judge people by the color of their skin. Better to do so by the content of their character. Although the stats say the black citizens in this picture are more than likely Biden supporters, their is a small chance that these covid super spreaders are Trump cultists. The chances are tiny for sure- most likely Biden super spreaders. But there is still a chance that this all Trumps doing.

Spring breakers from out of state (eg blue states) coming down to ruin life for Floridians. Not unexpected. Progressives ruin everything they touch. Should do like some northeast states are doing and block people from states with bad covid policies like New York from crossing the border.
