Age means wisdom.

-11 ( +1 / -12 )

The Republicans do billionaires. The Democrats do BAZILLIONAIRES!

”Age means wisdom” Read that on the back of a fortune cookie did you, Grasshopper?

11 ( +11 / -0 )

Age means wisdom.

If only. Trump and Xi put that notion to rest.

3 ( +5 / -2 )

Not feeling all these retiree aged people vying for the presidency. Definitely shows that the U.S. is on the downslide if they need to look to the future with people who could easily keel over tomorrow and not be too shocked.Incumbent included.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

Loving the fact that an old friend of the Kushner family is going to run against Biden and force him to burn up his war chest in the primaries.

If Dems are truly interested in routing out foreign "meddling" in Washington, they shouldn't focus their attention just on Russia, another country has perfected the art of meddling, and they want Trump to win. Heck, they name streets and buildings after Trump.

The way things are looking, not only is Trump going to take 2020, but Ivanka/Kushner are set to take 2024, unless the Dems wise up.

-5 ( +2 / -7 )

Just what we need, another presidential candidate whose main qualifications are wealth and ego.

Please, please don’t run.

3 ( +7 / -4 )

Age means ...

Depends on the individual.

Trump - 73

Putin - 67

Xi - 67

The three most powerful world leaders are each beyond retirement age. Each out of touch with younger generations. Each of the fossil fuel era. Each fossilized intellectually, stuck in some mythical past.

Welcome Mike - now lets use some of those billions on an ad campaign to show everyone what a con-man, serial liar, pervert, and Russian asset the current Impostor in the White House is...

Oh yea, Trumpers, you're going to love the fact Bloomberg is getting in...

0 ( +3 / -3 )

on an ad campaign to show everyone what a con-man, serial liar, pervert, and Russian asset the current Impostor in the White House is...

Nice try,

Bloomberg's billions will be directed at Biden.

If Bloomberg wanted to hurt Trump, he'd do the Ross Perot thing and run as an Independent.

Trump and his New York buddies are playing you.

-3 ( +3 / -6 )

Trump and his New York buddies are playing you.

When paid employees of 'foreign' governments start to dismiss Trump, who they long supported, it might just mean mission accomplished for them. They 'meddled' (see Mueller Report plus the findings of many 'western' democracies) in the election to help Trump thinking, and in retrospect rightfully so, that Trump's bumbling would further weaken the US. Now that Trump's achieved their aims, they're trying to discredit him, especially in the minds of their fellow anti-semitic global rightwing bund.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

dismiss Trump

Hey, I'm all for Trump and also for Kushner/Ivanka in 2024.

Just giving the Dems a friendly heads up to look carefully into Bloomberg's true motives into running as a Democrat against Biden.

-4 ( +2 / -6 )

on an ad campaign to show everyone what a con-man, serial liar, pervert, and Russian asset the current Impostor in the White House is...

Nice try,

Bloomberg's billions will be directed at Biden.

Trump U political analyst grad....

If Bloomberg wanted to hurt Trump, he'd do the Ross Perot thing and run as an Independent.

Oh yea, brilliant assessment, take votes away from the Dems and give the election to Pence (Donnie will be tossed out by then)...

Trump and his New York buddies are playing you.

Trump and his buddies (primarily Putin) have been playing Trumpers since 2015...

Putin's been employing some too...

3 ( +4 / -1 )

There's no telling how long Trump will survive. Recent secret visit to the hospital.

More in the soup mix.

3 ( +4 / -1 )

Hey, I'm all for Trump and also for Kushner/Ivanka in 2024.

How can you be for people who haven’t stated any policies? Ridiculous.

You are going to have to do much better for a Christmas bonus.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

There's no telling how long Trump will survive. Recent secret visit to the hospital.

More in the soup mix.

Another conspiracy theory Zich?

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

Hahaha

The Dems are panicking. I guess a REAL democrat like the anti war Tulsi Gabbard has them double checking their under the table Ukraine deals.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

Hmmm, I really wonder what Bloomberg's real goal is here. Biden should be very worried.

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

political ads won’t change anybody’s mind. We just finished 2.5 year “collusion” ad and a 2 week “bribery” ad. Didn’t work.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

Mayor pete and Bloomberg have no African American support. Zero. Neither does Warren and she has that bad video of using her black “squad” member to quiet a bunch of black protesters. who she then lied to about her kids going to public school.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

Bloomberg's just another leftist. Different lipstick, but same old pig underneath ... He figures the current democrat field is a flaming clown car of failed mayors and senators ... How could he do worse?

I don't know why people think he's is a "moderate". Any one who advocates gun and sugar bans is NOT a moderate. And apologizing for stop and frisk alienated moderate GOPs and Independents, it didn't earn him one minority vote. Not a good start.

As far as supposed "executive business experience" that still doesn't change his leftist platform ... Though it will be interesting seeing Sanders and Warren go at it with Bloomberg, they abhor Billionaires ...

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

Bloomberg's just another leftist. Different lipstick, but same old pig underneath ...

LOL, "leftist". He's a centerist billionaire, another elitist who feels entitled to rule.

If only there was a "leftist" candidate who could make a difference. In the meantime we'll make do with Warren and Sanders.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Reminds me of that classic definition of a yacht: An expensive way of going nowhere slowly.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

Regarding age, Tulsi Gabbard is young and intelligent - and look what the Democratic party did to her.

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

Bloomberg is a health nut, the last thing most Americans want is an OCD billionaire that thinks he has the right to tell people how to live and what to eat.

Instead they have an obese billionaire OCD PotUS telling them lies and what to think.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Instead they have an obese billionaire OCD PotUS telling them lies and what to think.

Liberal lies, conservative lies....all the same crap. We had to deal with lies from the other guy for 8 years and now we have a billionaire who lies about where he politically stands and changes his strips according to the wind and if that doesn’t help, just buy your way in, lied about a policy he supported for years in curbing street crimes and now is all of a sudden in this year apologetic?

Ok, Lol....

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

now we have a billionaire who lies about where he politically stands and changes his strips according to the wind

Which is why you should vote him out next year. If his illness hasn't got the better of him, that is.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Trump---------------------democrat------------couldn't get an nomination------------repub instead. Trump is a major flip flopper, like pulling the troops out of Syria but hen leaving 500 behind to fight on against ISIS.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Which is why you should vote him out next year. If his illness hasn't got the better of him, that is

First of all with the economy booming and next month is going to be Godsend to retail, Wall St. is happy, the consumers are excited that this Christmas is going to be a splurge and with a now almost 90% approval rating by Republicans and a growing numbers of people turning on impeachment after that abysmal but slightly amusing spectacle, why would anyone vote for a socialist or a confused billionaire?

Trump---------------------democrat------------couldn't get an nomination------------repub instead. Trump is a major flip flopper, like pulling the troops out of Syria but hen leaving 500 behind to fight on against ISIS.

Ok, but he’s the President and Bloomberg won’t be, money can’t buy height or personality..or lack of it.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

Wall St. is happy, the consumers are excited that this Christmas is going to be a splurge

Materialism is no substitute for democracy.

a growing numbers of people turning on impeachment

Nope.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2019/11/18/young-voters-overwhelmingly-want-trump-impeached-removed-office-poll-finds/4228474002/

3 ( +3 / -0 )

Let's face it. The Trumpers hate everyone challenging him. Even if Jesus descended from the heaven to run, they would attack him for his socialist policies.

First of all with the economy booming and next month is going to be Godsend to retail,

False maths. Trump has added $3 trillion to the national debt. There are 5,000 coal miners who he promised to protect out of work, out of Christmas cheer. The soya farmers are struggling with the trade wars.

Trump has created less jobs than Obama in the same time cycle, except for the 14 million America jobs he claimed his daughter has created. Straight up lie.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

As much as they love goofy, out of this world conspiracy theories, I'm surprised the Trumpers here haven't figured out the real reason Bloomberg is running - to dirty up Trump...

Bloomberg knows its too late for him to jump in and have a chance, but he does know his billions can do a major job on Donnie - what better way to support a Dem that to bypass the campaign contribution limits and use all your money to show the country what a dirt-bag and traitor the Dimwit is....

Hey, if Trump can make up a smear against Biden with no evidence, invite China to interfere and provide dirt, then all's fair right?

Go Bloomberg! Use those billions wisely!

3 ( +3 / -0 )

Seems liberals would want Bloomberg feeding hungry kids or supporting illegal aliens or LGBT/other identity causes with that money.

But you know you cant beat Trump with the people and policies you have. really sad you will let someone pump billions into attack ads instead of using that money for a purpose that could help someone in need.

How about donating to domestic violence prevention? Joe says "let just keep punching at it*.

Or schools for poor kids? Warren says "my kids went to public school too" (lie)

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

Let's face it. The Trumpers hate everyone challenging him.

Liberals hate Trump supporters fighting back...odd.

False maths. Trump has added $3 trillion to the national debt. There are 5,000 coal miners who he promised to protect out of work, out of Christmas cheer. The soya farmers are struggling with the trade wars.

Good luck with Dems trying to make that argument. Lol

https://www.marketwatch.com/story/stock-index-futures-point-higher-ahead-of-october-jobs-report-manufacturing-data-2019-11-01

Trump has created less jobs than Obama in the same time cycle, except for the 14 million America jobs he claimed his daughter has created. Straight up lie

Yeah, keep listening to those CNN pundits. Lol

Consumer spending, accounts for more than two-thirds of activity in the economy, held up at a strong 2.9%. Households have remained one of the brightest spots in an economy faced with a flurry of strains, including steep tariffs on an increasing number of products.

https://markets.businessinsider.com/news/stocks/gdp-report-3q-economic-growth-grew-more-than-expected-consumer-2019-10-1028643723

There is no way any of the socialist Democrats and even Bloomberg could get anywhere near that. Will never happen.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

strange that CNN cant even cover the FISA abuse. Because nearly everyone who is under investigation works for them. Now Bloomberg media is saying it wont cover any attacks on Mike Bloomberg, or any of the other 2020 Dems.

out of fairness, he says cause he owns the media. Notice who is missing from the "no attacks" edict?

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

Mayor Pete cant even get endorsed from his own city and Biden cant get Obama to endorse him.

Maybe Bloomberg can actually win after all?

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

strange that CNN cant even cover the FISA abuse.

Yes, weird that CNN cannot do this thing that we don't know about because of your talking points. How DARE they not consult with you to find out what you think they should be covering.

Now Bloomberg media is saying it wont cover any attacks on Mike Bloomberg, or any of the other 2020 Dems.

Without fact-checking that, I'd bet a good bit of money that this didn't actually happen as you state it. Feel free to prove me wrong though.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Maybe Bloomberg can actually win after all?

Well he’s certainly smarter, more business savvy and richer than Trump.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Personally, I couldn't really care less about Bloomberg one way or the other. I know nothing about the guy, and as with all the other candidates, he's some guy who decided he wanted to be The Guy. None of them have actually been endorsed by anyone other than the X number of people they need to get to sign the nomination. The right acts as if they have all already been chosen and endorsed by every member of the left.

I couldn't even tell you how many candidates are left in the race, or which ones there are.

Once they get whittled down to four or five, then it's time to start looking at who they are. Right now, they're people jockeying for position, in an extremely crowded race.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

Oh so no one knows there is a FISA abuse case with an IG report due out on Dec 9th?

Guess thats what you get for getting your USA news from every country website and source but America.

that we don't know about

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

You sure seem proud of all your lack of knowledge. But somehow doesnt stop you from commenting here as some type of supposed expert.

I couldn't even tell you how many candidates are left in the race, or which ones there are.

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

Trump's policies, buy now pay later.

25 million Americans living on poverty. 27 million Americans can not afford healthcare. 1 million homeless people. Tens of millions of university students with crippling debts. 42.7 million people were using food stamps. The world's highest levels of personal debt. Half of all households earned more, half less.

Jobs created by Trump since taking office, 6 million.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

So Trump and his Trumpers support Jesus who is a major time socialist.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Oh so no one knows there is a FISA abuse case with an IG report due out on Dec 9th?

Heh, you mean Trump's fake-news deep-state MSM lies that he's intending to put out?

Talk about a nothingburger witch hunt.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

The way things are looking, not only is Trump going to take 2020, but Ivanka/Kushner are set to take 2024, unless the Dems wise up.

Bloomberg has far more money est $58billion than Trump and far more experience at being a politician. He doesn't need to raise money hes already won, now let see those Trumpsters claim Trumps huge wealth is what makes him qualified. Also of note Bloomberg has given away around $8billion of his wealth over the years, more than Trumps net worth. This election campaign is going to be brutal for Trump 24/7 ad campaigns against Mango Mussolini

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Biden cant get Obama to endorse him.

Biden expressly asked Obama not to endorse him, he wants to win the Presidency his own merits. but dont let the facts get in your way.

3 ( +3 / -0 )

How about donating to domestic violence prevention?

Bloomberg donated $8 billion to charities over the year, Trump steals from his own charities. LOL

2 ( +2 / -0 )

money can’t buy height or personality..or lack of it.

just described Trump perfectly, Bloomberg has a warchest that dwarfs any POTUS before Trump and including. A man that can give away $8billion of his own wealth to charity has to have some personality in my book. How much has Trump donated over the years!

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Seems liberals would want Bloomberg feeding hungry kids or supporting illegal aliens or LGBT/other identity causes with that money.

Am sure he is - what charities has Donnie been contributing to? Oh yea, his Veterans Charity - you know, the one he used to buy portraits of himself, was caught, and had to pay a $2 million fine?

https://www.dw.com/en/court-fines-trump-2-million-for-charity-foundation-misuse/a-51160868

But you know you cant beat Trump with the people and policies you have. really sad you will let someone pump billions into attack ads instead of using that money for a purpose that could help someone in need.

Yea, cheaper to bribe a foreign government to do the smear for you...right Sondland?

How about donating to domestic violence prevention? Joe says "let just keep punching at it*.

He knows what country his father was born in...

Or schools for poor kids? Warren says "my kids went to public school too" (lie)

And Donnie's kids say "We get all the money we need from Russia"...(not a lie)...

Yes, weird that CNN cannot do this thing that we don't know about because of your talking points.

Not mine, have Chris check with Schiff.

How DARE they not consult with you to find out what you think they should be covering.

I could care less and apparently, their ratings reflect that as well. Lol

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

have a billionaire who lies about where he politically stands and changes his strips according to the wind and if that doesn’t help,

your talking about Trump right, he was previously a democrat and lies more than any other politician before him. Trumpsters post are becoming one big oxymoron

2 ( +2 / -0 )

25 million Americans living on poverty. 27 million Americans can not afford healthcare. 1 million homeless people. Tens of millions of university students with crippling debts. 42.7 million people were using food stamps. The world's highest levels of personal debt. Half of all households earned more, half less.

Zich it’s not working. If Trump stays at where has been for the last 3 years, it’s game over and all the farting Swalwell can do and all the disinformation the msm try to do isn’t resonating with the folks and nothing won’t change that fact.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

The topic was why doesn’t Bloomberg use all this money for a charitable purpose and you guys go all deflect mode.

how does it help the needy in America to spend 100 million dollars on ads to attack Trump? Couldn’t this money be used in. Different way?

you guys have all kind of ideas how the border wall money can be better spent. But ads attacking Trump? Totally beneficial for the US population.

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

If Trump stays at where has been for the last 3 years, it’s game over and all the farting Swalwell can do and all the disinformation the msm try to do isn’t resonating with the folks and nothing won’t change that fact.

Trump has increased the debt beyond $20 trillion. He's paying for a good economy during his presidency with the credit card, and going to leave it to the next Democratic president to foot the bill. Exactly the same as the last two Republican presidents.

And the Trumpets try to pretend that they economy is actually working. Pshaw! A working economy doesn't cross the $20 trillion debt line.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Oh so then you were just pretending you didn’t know about it. You also know so much about it that you already know the entire story and the conclusions of an unreleased report. Wow.

Heh, you mean Trump's fake-news deep-state MSM lies that he's intending to put out?

Talk about a nothingburger witch hunt.

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

Hmmm, I really wonder what Bloomberg's real goal is here. Biden should be very worried.

ah its pretty simple he wants Trump out of the white house, and running with the dems gives him the votes required in the House and senate, just the same as why Trump ran as a republican. Except Bloomberg has a war chest to dwarf anything that Trump could build.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

And the Trumpets try to pretend that they economy is actually working. Pshaw! A working economy doesn't cross the $20 trillion debt line.

Pretending???

https://www.marketwatch.com/story/stock-index-futures-point-higher-ahead-of-october-jobs-report-manufacturing-data-2019-11-01

Yeah, ok...lol

Retail doesn’t think so and that’s all that matters. Sanders, Warren and Biden will get demolished absolutely demolished on the economy issue.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

The topic was why doesn’t Bloomberg use all this money for a charitable purpose and you guys go all deflect mode.

hes given away more than Trumps net worth, Trump steals fromhis own charities, your the one talking about deflection!?

how does it help the needy in America to spend 100 million dollars on ads to attack Trump? Couldn’t this money be used in. Different way?

how does it help that Trump spends over $40million to visit his own golf courses and millions more on campaign rallies to spew insults and lies.

man o man the 2020 campaign trail is going to get really interesting.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Well yeah of course. Your socialist free-money welfare state is withdrawing cash at a high interest rate, and pumping it into the economy, then claiming 'the economy is good!'

Exactly, so as long as the job market stays where it’s all, full time employment available, job growth continues as it has and consumer spending stays on course and the GOP cut more entitlements which is the cause of all the woes and headaches the economy will continue to thrive.

We cannot afford four more years of President Trump’s reckless and unethical actions,”

Seeing how things have gone the past 3 years, we want 5 more years of Trump's leadership.

"We do not believe that billionaires have the right to buy elections,” Sanders said as he campaigned in New Hampshire on Sunday. He continued: “That is why multibillionaires like Mr. Bloomberg are not going to get very far in this election."

Elizabeth Warren, another leading progressive candidate, also slammed Bloomberg on Saturday for trying to buy the presidency.

Don't worry, Bernie and Liz, Steve Forbes couldn't do it in 1996 and 2000 either. But to slam a person running for president for being a billionaire is not a good reason to slam them. Slam them on the issues. And if we do that, Bernie and Liz are giving us plenty of material to slam them on.

Initially registered as a Democrat, Bloomberg, a Massachusetts native, filed paperwork to change his voter registration to Republican in 2000 before his first run for New York City mayor, according to a spokesman. In June 2007, he unenrolled from the GOP, having no formal party affiliation until he registered again as a Democrat this October.

He's all over the place. Not to mention his apology for the successful crime fighting Stop and Frisk policy because he thought that will help him win the primary.

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

"Whatever it takes to defeat Donald Trump.”

Including a sham impeachment inquiry.

While some will question his newfound commitment to Democrats, he vowed allegiance to the party in an Associated Press interview earlier in the year, saying, “I will be a Democrat for the rest of my life.”

Too bad about that.

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

*“I will be a Democrat for the rest of my life. ”***Too bad about that.**

well he was a republican but im guessing hes ashamed of what theyve become so he decided to leave

0 ( +1 / -1 )

Including a sham impeachment inquiry.

The Clinton impeachment was a sham, about an affair. So what? This is about corruption/extortion within the Trump WH that infected everyone from the Orange one on down and caused deaths to soldiers fighting against Russia in Ukraine.

The above shows why Republicans are wrong every single time on political events. They parrot the propaganda only even though it does not make any sense at all. Like Ukraine interfered in the USA

elections and not the Russians. That is Russian/Repubican propaganda and the poor saps who read that believe it and post it here.

Anyway Trump will be impeached as he deserves and maybe the spineless Republicans in the Senate may gin up enough guts to do the right thing and get rid or Trump for good, for the sake of the country. The weak minded here will never get it even if he is removed from office.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

So now we have TWO anti trump billionaires running for Dem nomination with 1% of the vote between them.

im sure they will try to place their stupid ads in the football games to annoy people who just want to watch sports to get away from politics.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

...who cares about the debt, right!

Fiscal conservatives left their principles at the entrance to the tent of out-of-control spending, debt-loving Trump.

They even dissed Republicans speaking out against Trump racking up the debt.

What was the Groucho Marx comment about principles again?

2 ( +2 / -0 )

The gap between the rich and poor has increased under Trump.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

**“I will be a Democrat for the rest of my life. ”***Too bad about that.

well he was a republican but im guessing hes ashamed of what theyve become so he decided to leave.

Yeah, Bloomberg flips on a dime, he also flipped a few weeks ago (how ironic) on “stop and frisk” and a number of issues, he changes depending on whom he needs to kiss first.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

Vote Blue, no matter who... Republican leaders will seemingly stop at nothing to destroy public faith in our public servants. This is the very “deconstruction of the administrative state” that Steve Bannon heralded as this administration’s goal. Who wins when the State Department, intelligence and law enforcement agencies and the Pentagon struggle to attract and retain top talent? Our adversaries, who want to hollow out our bureaucracy, weaken our national institutions and discredit our democratic model.

From attacking the press to smearing witnesses and refusing to engage in congressional oversight responsibilities, the Republican Party has sacrificed its principles and traditions to preserve its political power — at the expense of our country.

Our separation of powers fails when half the legislative branch abdicates its duty to hold the executive branch accountable. The cost of this failure will endure long beyond this corrupt presidency, and is already signaling that our democracy is not only diminished but also increasingly dysfunctional. Day by day, the US under the current GOP is looking more and more like Ukraine, or one of the 'stans.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

im sure they will try to place their stupid ads in the football games to annoy people who just want to watch sports to get away from politics.

well I suppose its better than actually going to sporting events and annoying everybody there

1 ( +1 / -0 )

The Buffett Rule is named after American investor Warren Buffett, who publicly stated in early 2011 that he believed it was wrong that rich people, like himself, could pay less in federal taxes, as a portion of income, than the middle class, and voiced support for increased income taxes on the wealthy.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

Yeah, Bloomberg flips on a dime, he also flipped a few weeks ago (how ironic) on “stop and frisk” and a number of issues, he changes depending on whom he needs to kiss first.

oh please Trump flip flops more than a fish out of water, yes ill release my tax returns, Ill seriously consider answering questions at the impeachment hearings, I never said that on multiple occasions when recordings and evidence clearly shows he has etc etc etc

1 ( +1 / -0 )

But to slam a person running for president for being a billionaire is not a good reason to slam them.

Yes it is. Billionaires are parasites and should have their filthy wealth taken away and given to the people.
