The Europeans are rightly concerned that their culture, national identity and freedom are at risk from a mass migration of peoples from countries with values and religions.

Once word gets out illegal immigration is tolerated the floodgates open. Someday soon the world will be a different place. No more unique cultures someday soon.

Man I cant think of more dumb way to kill your country than advertising that illigal immigration works well europe is done for in the next 30 years time to tell my family to move in with me here.

Asylum shopping.

what a tragedy. it is true that this will have an effect on Europe's culture and values but what to do? I see even Iceland has agreed to take 5,000 immigrants 9in a total populations of just over 300k, and one that is considered one of the most racially homogenous in Europe). the damage was done with the war on Terror/Iraq/Libya.....

It's a supermarket sweep folks, take what you like. Entrance is free and it's open to all. :-(

Why aren't any of the other Muslim countries opening their doors to help a fellow Muslim?

6 ( +7 / -1 )

DaDude Lebanon? Jordan? Turkey?

So I take it moving in and stealing land from the Palestinians is off the list? Only one group of people can do that. The EU hasn't even solved the refugees from Palestine yet, but Syrians can walk in and get a new life? Just goes to show you what a little nuclear bomb can do for you. Friggin hypocrites.

Was thinking that too. Why go fleeing to, crying and begging to (christian) Europe? Muslims should be helping their fellow muslims. Maybe cause muslims really do admire the west and the freedom that goes along in the culture.

Most european countries are accepting thousands of them now. Germany is really getting screwed by taking in the most.

I think the bigger question is why are you making incorrect statements without first checking to see if you actually know what you're talking about?

He was referring to the rich Gulf states like Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and UAE which have taken in less than 200 each despite their immense oil wealth. Or don't tell me - did you not check to see if you 'actually know what you're talking about'?

The only Muslim countries are not the rich Arab Gulf states. Lebanon? Jordan? Turkey? Iran? Pakistan? all have sizable refugee populations.

Germany should abide by the Dublin agreement and refuse asylum to those who first passed through another EU country. By not doing so the Germans create huge problems elsewhere in Europe.

If the Germans really want millions of unskilled, illiterate immigrants they can fly them directly from Syria, Turkey, Lebanon and Jordan.

Question is... how many are actually refugees? How many are just after a better life without actually being in any danger?

Germany really has screwed Europe with their open door policy. You now have smaller and poorer countries like Hungary and Macedonia being over-run with them, and the Greek island of Lesbos literally swamped with them.

One in Germany and they find that learning the language is too difficult guess where they'll head to next?

So let's see how many refugees will the top tier level international community heavyweight member Japan take

Japan did not create this mess. Let's all the NATO members, which destroyed Libya, the only real barrier between Europe and this refugee onslaught, fully enjoy the result of their exploits. By the way, how many these refugees did US take? Just like Europe - without identity (security) checks, simply by opening borders? Drum roll.....

No he wasn't. He clearly wrote "any of the other Muslim countries", nary a mention of 'rich gulf states'. Which is incorrect as other Muslim countries have taken in more immigrants than Europe if I recall correctly.

Or don't tell me - did you not check to see if you 'actually know what you're talking about'?

Ignoring the fact that you're berating me for calling him out on something different than what he said, I knew what I was talking about, which is why I called him out on it. If you disagree, show where I was wrong.

Question is... how many are actually refugees? How many are just after a better life without actually being in any danger?

Their country is being destroyed by war. At a point like that, survival is the first thing people are looking to.

Police shoved individual migrants and fired jets of pepper spray, but it had little effect as about half of the 500-strong crowd reached the M5 highway that connects Serbia and Hungary. They headed north along the shoulder, raising their arms and chanting “Germany! Germany!”

So as far as I understand Germany is a greatest country in the world - all people in the world (third world to be exact) want to live there !!

But i'm afraid in 10 years Germany became 3th world country..

Islamic one..

@Olegek "Islamic one"

The problem is that EU leaders are too incompetent and pretty stupid in their current "open-door" policy. This may cause fatal consequences including the dissolution of the EU.

So because some European countries have taken in many, many migrants that therefore excuses those that refuse to? Do you accept that argument, or are you a hypocrite and demand all European nations, even those with publics highly opposed, must accept more?

So because some European countries have taken in many, many migrants that therefore excuses those that refuse to?

I haven't made any claims of who should or shouldn't take in refugees either way. Nor have I made any claims as to any country being excused for refusing to take in any refugees. In fact I have made no claims whatsoever that could support the premise behind your question.

or are you a hypocrite and demand all European nations, even those with publics highly opposed, must accept more?

To be a hypocrite, I would have had to have made some sort of claim to which another belief of mine could be shown to be hypocritical. Seeing as I haven't made any such claim, again the premise behind your question is incorrect.
