My state only requires a postmark by 7pm on election day for a mailed ballot to count. There are a number of ballot drop-off boxes around the county too. Those are open 24/7 with the last pick up at 7pm election day. I know people planning to drop off their ballot over the weekend.

49% of all registered voters in my county had already voted before today according to a local newspaper. None of the absentee ballots have been counted. The story broke down the numbers and total donations. Democrats had higher numbers, but the total dollar amounts were a little less.

Glad we already voted absentee and dropped off our ballots. The state has a ballot tracking website, so we know they have it.

I'm placing mine in the ballot box at my usual polling place on election day. Pretty sure a lot of voters are planning to do the same. No worries about the Post Orifice losing it or delivering it too late to be counted this way.
