The Trump administration promised to vaccinate 20 million by the end of the year while providing little funding to achieve the goal.

"While providing little funding". Once again Trump, his admin and R's show they just don't care about the country.

They've got the healthcare and money to handle the messes they themselves have contributed to.

Trump and his R's just want to leave more problems for Biden to deal with. Trump and his R's care nothing about the country.

Health care and delivery is a state responsibility. It isn't like Trump would be qualified to give injections.

Appears that states have decided to prioritize treading water today instead of building a raft for tomorrow. No matter what mix of effort between treading and raft building was selected by each state, complainers were going to complain.

I know my county health department has both Moderna and Pfizer vaccines and has been vaccinating based on priority. Here, people in the 1A category can get the vaccine now. The vaccinations are happening at a different facility where social distancing can be maintained. It happens to be the same county health dept immunization office.

I've read their prioritization lists and that list makes sense. If I were a hospital administrator, I wouldn't vaccinate my entire staff at the same time. Same for assisted living situations. I'd spread it out over 6-10 weeks so if anything bad happened, all my staff wouldn't be out.

Basically, this is just like handling the election, except EVERYONE has to visit in person and while higher priority for the injections exists, they will not have the vaccines available in every corner drug store.

What are you talking about? I know you don’t really like the President so much, but come on...

I definitely agree.

Biden already has growing problems going in on his own and they’re going to worsen and they won’t be going away either.

And if the states were expecting federal funding for this then blame's back at the feds.

Operation Warp Speed. I see.

Hey, this is Trump: Operation Warped Speed.

Too bad they could not mail them out and we could inject ourselves.

Too bad they could not mail them out and we could inject ourselves.

If they mailed them out, too many would be sent to empty lots or dead people...

More predictions

No, predictions just looking at a lot of the headline news and looking how his staff elect are trying to dodge the mounting questions that are swirling around him.

from the poster who has the worst track record for his predictions panning out

Not really with all due respect.

Trump should have abdicated the Porcelain Throne a long time ago.

Millions of U.S. vaccine doses sitting unused, putting 2020 goal in doubt

A million people received the vaccine in the first two days and the media is complaining that their is a large supply available on day 3. Crazy.

Folks, these are experimental vaccines.

You don't get the shot and leave. You have to stay around 15-30 minutes to see if any adverse, serious, problems happen which could cause death. That means only a certain number of people can be accommodated in any location while following social distancing rules.

Letting someone get a shot and leave immediately would be malpractice.

Getting the shot is just the beginning. It is usually 5 more weeks until a human immunity is working and people can still spread the virus AFTER they are considered fully immune. One of the side effects of these vaccines is a much lessened result to exposure from COVID, but people do still get sick.

We will be wearing masks and social distancing for a long time.

Trump delivers historic vaccines in record time; millions have already received it...

Just because Trump lies constantly doesn't mean everyone should do it. Barely a million have received it, not millions.

Trump didn't put on a lab coat and develop any vaccines. Scientists, researchers and those involved in production made the vaccines.

It's amazing that president-elect Biden has been so successful at getting the vaccines out to America, before even becoming president. The current "president" didn't even care about a vaccine, he was ready to let everyone die. He did nothing. President-elect Biden on the other hand worked directly with the drug companies to ensure Americans got vaccinated as soon as possible.

Which one do you want as your president?

Elections have consequences.
