Minister: Iran will return to nuclear talks `very soon'

Iran is probably going to borrow a page from the US/Israeli book, and come to the table demanding that the US has to begin negotiating about joining the TPNW before Iran will even contemplate letting it rejoin the JCPOA.

PS, remember that while becoming a full member of the SCO doesn't give Iran more leverage with the US or China or Russia, it does give it massive leverage against any country/regime hoping to join SCO.
