Can we get any information as to, you know, HOW THE GIRLS ARE DOING? "Poisoned" is an ambiguous word that can mean a whole range of effects. How many died? Is anyone conscious yet?

What about the old attacks? Did anyone die in those? Please give us useful info. Thanks.

These stories do get plenty of coverage if you care to look for them. The problem is it seems that the stories of US atrocities and conduct are covered more and maybe this is because the US portrays itself as being there to help the people. Whereas the Taliban are there fighting for the removal of the US from what they see as their country.

the taliban, with foreign (arab) backing, took control of afghanistan in the 90s. that was well before US and nato forces went in. and it is not like this is the only mohammedan nations where girls are prevented from going to school. try to discern patterns when you read the news. better yet, read some history.
