Innocent until proven guilty is in regards to a legal standing. Whether he retires or not, he deserves that presumption of innocence.

However, there comes a point where the doubt created becomes an impediment to being able to effectively govern. One cannot govern effectively without the support of the people being governed. And as a governor is supposed to be beholden to the interests of the people over his own, the honorable move to make is to resign, so that a leader can be chosen whom has the confidence of the people.

I wonder how long Gov. Cuomo will be able to last. After all, he's not a Republican but a Democrat. Trump could've gotten away with this easily (and he did for much worse), but his supporters wouldn't have cared at all either, even the women.

So I want a full investigation, the sooner, the better and I just hope that whatever the evidence shows on his handling the nursing homes alone the guy should resign. Either way, NYC deserves better, No joke.

That is not the issue, the issue is, the Dems waited this long to start an investigation and to ask now for Cuomo's resignation, but when they went after Kavanaugh, there was zero presumption of innocence or let's get the facts out, Cuomo immediately asked for Kavanaugh to step down as Supreme Court Justice nominee, the left went wild without knowing the facts first, they believed the allegations and went buck wild on this guy and now with Cuomo and these allegations it takes 7 women to push the Dems to take a second look? That is the partisan hypocrisy.

What happened between Stormy and Trump was between two consulting adults and this wasn't while Trump was in office. Huge difference.
