Florida's Stand Your Ground laws give law abiding folks an incentive to move there.

More people with guns the more shootings there are and the more who will die.

The wild west is now just wild America. For a nation with so much potential to continue to struggle with moving on from the gun toting 1700-1800's is astounding and disturbing. No nation is perfect and the US sure has it's hangups.

These incidents seem to confirm that arms and Americans are a bad combination.

Can't wait to learn which law was violated BEFORE the shootings happened.

The shooting happened during rapper French Montana's music video shoot, at the parking lot of the restaurant. Mogul said 10-15 gunshots rang out and people started running everywhere.

Multiple people shot and wounded outside a restaurant in Florida, a family of eight (including the shooter) shot to death in their home in Utah. Two distinctly different groups of people from totally different walks of life and parts of the country. One common denominator, though. Firearms.

The other common denominator--a person shooting the firearm.

In the US you can't even go to eat at restaurant in peace, you don't know when and where it's your turn for the next shooting..

Third world..

Florida's Stand Your Ground laws give law abiding folks an incentive to move there.

Fixing problems with guns It doesn't mean people in US respect the law

This epidemic has got to the point where its outbreaks are not even really news any more. Sadly there is no vaccine for this epidemic save common sense but that is a commodity sadly lacking in the USA in this regard.

All the rest of the world can do is shake their heads in sad dismay and go about their own civilised lives, leaving the US to the nightmare they have created for them selves.

So which should be got rid of? People or guns?

If it were possible to go ensure that people don't commit acts that result in the unwarranted deaths of others,, intentionally or otherwise, there would be no need to be concerned about such person possessing a gun or knife, or getting behind the wheel of a car or truck.

So, at this stage, I don't believe the issue is which should be gotten rid of, but if I had to chose, I would get rid of the criminally-prone, who can commit mayhem with a multitude of weapons.
