Despite the ecumenical call for peace - uttered here by some in almost desperation - Muslims around the world have to face up to the fact that their holy text, the Koran, along with the Hadith, provide the warrant and license for the most extreme acts of violence and murder by those who invoke them and Allah. The problem is ideological, and until the Koran, and consequently Islam, undergoes a reformation as did the Bible and Christianity, under Luther principally, then the mayhem and cult of death will continue. It is up to peace-loving Muslims everywhere to insist on excising the most vicious parts of their holy texts and to re-educate, rather than poison, their children. That moment cannot come soon enough.

To peace and comfort for everyone.

Happy Eid-al-Fitr to all Muslims.
Hang in there, it's a rough time, but we have faith in your good nature!

I hope this Ramadan finds all Muslims well, and for non-Muslims brings interest in it and attempts to understand it a little (more), and vice-versa. Nothing stops hate and wrongdoing as getting to know and celebrate one another, regardless of beliefs.
Those who know only hate know nothing about anything else. Seems needless to say, but unfortunately is not. Let's hope for peace all around, not just with this, but in general.

Some religions are good some bad but when any individual religion declares war on each other in Ramadan makes one wonder about the Existence of any religions True meaning of peace.
When celebrating Ramadan You would hope All hostilities would stop, but unfortunately this time much blood shed has been had in the name of Allah
Lets hope Their one day be peace in all religions and with non Believers

Unforunately, some people will not be celebrated due to the ideas preached by religions. In some cases, they won't even be tolerated. In extreme cases, they won't be allowed to live.
Not something to be celebrated.

Wish all the best to the muslims and also to people from all other religions and faith on this occasion.

You can pray for peace all you want, but if you not willing to fight (ironic isn't it) for it, this wont end. Even at the very least report extremists, when seeing someone planting a bomb, know some one trying to join a radical group or recruit, etc.
But if all it took was praying, this would of ended a LONG time ago. Kind of like saying "I wish" or "I hope" for peace. Of course we do, the majority does, but with out the follow through, we are not going to get it.

action speaks louder than "prayers".
