N Korea's Kim says he is open to 'highest-level' talks with South

Highest Level talks: "I can be your fat little dictator too! Do you want to be my subjects? Say yes!"

Yep. This cycle comes full circle once every few years. Goes a little something like this:

"Talks" -> Threats of attacks -> Aid received -> Well runs dry -> "Talks" -> Threats of attacks ->... you get the picture.

I honestly don't see North Korea surviving as a country that much longer.

I dont understand why the population of north Korea have not risen up and overthrown the fascist government that runs their country. If thousands or tens of thousands need to sacrifice themselves to change that stupid system, grow some kintamas and do it. Many other countries throughout history sacrificed countless numbers for a cause to break the system, it's time the average joe in the nkpr do something for their progeny.

All Communist states do the same thing, they use drill their propaganda into the masses and whenever anyone speaks out that person is arrested and "RE-EDUCATED" or just sent to a gulag to die. Whenever things get real bad and supplies get scare they blame the West and their masses believe it.

Brainwashing works wonders if you want to stay in power.
