Outside of NK who really gives a crap if Kim supervised the launches or not! Hell if they screwed up, it's not like he is going to take the blame!

From the focus NK is receiving we are made to forget that this is a common event in most countries. Most countries presidents are also commanders in chief, so it's really a non issue for KJU to observe.

Trump tweeted that Kim spent much of his letter complaining about "the ridiculous and expensive" U.S.-South Korea military exercises. He said that Kim offered him "a small apology" for the flurry of missile tests, and that he assured him they would stop when the exercises end.

He sure is making Trump look like a Chump - continue test firing his missiles to further develop them, continue to build even more nuclear weapons, and flatter the Great Orange Narcissist with flowery letters....

Only North Korea makes and tests new weapons systems (cough). And oddly enough North Korea is also the only nation not allowed to defend itself (gag).

Moon is moving ever closer to his beloved Communist North Korea, and re-unification. Japan will NEVER tolerate this.
