This is a bad bill. It has so many loopholes that it basically gives amnesty. Some of the loopholes are:

3 DUI's or less, you can qualify. Renounce your gang membership, you can qualify If you were deported or have family members deported, you can bring them over.

They need to go back to the table and work this out. How with unemployment at 8% and upwards in the US, they can claim that we need new workers and jobs are available. I just don't buy it.
