Now they will have to cooperate with the Japanese. Why double up on missions? Don`t we have a partnership with Japan?

There is far too many of these objects, so called satelites orbiting over our heads. I am not a scientist but it seems to me that this is becoming even more hazardous to our planet than 'global warming' itself.
