NASA global warming satellite crashes after launch

There is far too many of these objects, so called satelites orbiting over our heads. I am not a scientist but it seems to me that this is becoming even more hazardous to our planet than 'global warming' itself.

Now it can scan emmisions on the ocean floor.

Now they will have to cooperate with the Japanese. Why double up on missions? Don`t we have a partnership with Japan?
