She is now in the annals of history and will forever be remembered. If it is something she has done multiple times in the past then it wouldn't have caused such a problem and her "estranged wife" would not have gone this far to complain about it. But I guess she is checking up on her after things have gone side ways and is probably doing more cyber stalking than anything else.

Despite making up 50% of the population, women make up 100% of space criminals...

Ha! I remember years ago another female astronaut wore an adult diaper, so she could drive all the way across country to commit another love related crime.

For now.
Nowak. And she was the first to be expelled from NASA.

And it was *a **woman who did it first***.** Just goes to show unethical behavior is not limited to men. For an agency that is championing women's achievements in space, must be embarrassing for NASA.
Interesting question. Space is considered international jurisdiction. However....
*Crimes committed in space, under current law, currently would seem to fall to the same mix of claims of jurisdiction by state of registry, nationality of the perpetrator, and nationality of the victim that govern crimes on the high seas or in Antarctica.* (source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_jurisdiction)
Space law is covered under United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs.
It'll be interesting to see how this case will be handled.

I believe the first crime committed on Earth was by a woman as well!
Who says women aren't leaders!?

Crime? Maybe.
It's still just she said/ she said.

I say we have a tribunal with William Shatner, Patrick Stewart, and Avery Brooks as the deciding members. I'd pick Kate Mulgrew, but she's lost her status since going to prison.

Who has jurisdiction up there?
David Bowie. Or David Bowman. Not sure.
Ah_so
She is American and it is an international space station, so clearly not Russia.

Leave it to the Jedi Council.

This is gender equality in effect. Gender/sex should make no difference here - on planet Earth or in outer space. You do the crime, you do the time. Period. No ifs, ands, ors or buts. As for embarrassment to NASA, something like this was going to happen sooner or later, be it by a woman or a man.
There's a first time for everything and there would be a first time space crime some time sooner or later.
For now. If Anne McClain is guilty, put her in the can!
