Create the NATO-Ukraine Council and show Putin he got nothing out of his war.

France has reportedly blocked the Tokyo NATO office saying it must stay true to its name.

Sweden and Quran burning. No mention or story about Cluster bombs now being discussed for export to Ukraine. Cluster bombs folks. Yep, those illegal bombs. The peaceful warmongering NATO fans must be, well, ignoring it as usual.

It's just not news because Russia has been using them since the beginning.
OssanAmerica
Turkey has given support for Ukraine entry into NATO. Which means the differences with Sweden will be settled. The million dollar question is what happens if the Russian invasion of Ukraine is still going on when it officially becomes a NATO member? Hopefully that question will prompt Putin to back down.

Better still, show him he got a bloody nose and a black eye.
It's mentioned in every single news report on BBC World.
Personally I find the idea of their use very, very disturbing; but as TaiwanIsNotChina points out, moscow has been using them regularly since the beginning of the invasion. In civilian areas, on civilian targets. Near residential buildings. Hospitals. Schools. Kindergartens. Children's playgrounds.
Ukraine has vowed not to use the weapon on moscovite territory, on moscovite civilians.
Using cluster munitions to clear the moscovite 'defences' in temporarily-occupied areas of Ukraine - that I think I can live with. If the moscovite troops object to their use, they can go and complain to the Gremlin in the Kremin.

If Ukraine were to become a NATO member it won't be until the war is over and Ukraine is brought up to date on NATO equipment. Several years down the road.

Furious Vladimir Putin sacks top general in charge of the war against Ukraine as he continues 'purge' of top brass following Wagner coup
General Valery Gerasmov, 67, has been purged as Russian conflict commander

Haven’t seen the peace loving Putin apologists on here complaining about them while Russians have been using them since day one. They must be ignoring it as usual.

Russia uses cluster bombs= war crime!
Ukraine uses cluster bombs= well of course they would, so let them join NATO immediately.
OssanAmerica
That was my first guess. But there is nothing to indicate membership taking place before or after the war either way. Furthermore the possibilty that the Russian invasion will still be going on several years from now does exist.

Just as you seem to be ignoring the fact Russia has been deploying those same illegal cluster bombs in Ukraine on a large scale since the beginning of its illegal invasion of Ukraine. Evil NATO is leveling the playing field, how horrendous.
The fact remains NATO is stronger now than it was 18 months ago thanks to Putin and his murderous invasion.

I think Ukraine would have to be up to NATO standards for military equipment and training before it becomes a NATO member which is impossible during a war.

So many Russian generals killed or fired for failing to meet Putin'd expectations.
gcbel
We certainly dodged a bullet when we dumped grifter Trump before he had the opportunity to really fracture NATO.
Haaa Nemui
really? This is evidence of the uprising NOT being fake.
Rodney
links please. I guess you are banned from RT.
Rodney
if I had 3680 nuclear warheads, supersonic glide missiles, and my economy is growing more and more, I think I would go sunbathing on a beach in Crimea eating lobster and drinking vodka,.

Rodney
Does RT ban people? Don't think so.

It’s publicly available information. Do your own homework, Rodney. This isn’t high school.

You have to wonder how many were also killed by Ukrainian spies/assassins.

Ukraine in NATO is a scam, it shall never be materialised. Because Germany said : NO. And France did not made it clear they will say yes. Hungary was the only country say NO in the eastern European country.
It was interesting to see the French supplied their AMX10 six wheels armour car. That AFV was poor armoured and can be easily destroyed.Perhaps that says all for French's support of Ukraine!
TaiwanIsNotChina
Doesn't appear to be a scam that removed 3 of 4 of Russia's military objectives.

In civilian areas near hospitals, schools, children's playgrounds? Yeah, I would say war crime.
In trenches, minefields, not great, but not war crime.
Context matters.

Ahhh BBC world news. Oh yeah. Trustable
So Ukraine has VOWED not to use them?
Human Rights watch must have made a mistake. Notice the date too.
