When both the protesters and the guy who finally gave in (a little bit) are unified by the notion that their violations of the ICSPCA and the Geneva Conventions are legal and morally praiseworthy, you can't call it a victory for justice, democracy, or the rule of law.

He’s still not in prison. He will destroy his country rather than do his time.

Last year he launched a missile war against Gaza to divert attention from his crimes. He endangered his own people by doing so because he doesn't give a damn about anyone but himself.
