Well, it worked it helped take guns off the streets, but as long as liberals refuse to go hard and heavy on crime, NYC will be what it was in the 70's a violent Hellhole and the people that live in fear and pay taxes don't deserve that, they can move to another state where the rule of law prevails and they have zero-tolerance.

Stop and frisk is unconstitutional. Read an old US Supreme Court decision Kolender vLawson, 461 US 352 (1983)

Give the police more power, stop and frisk? Or the other way around? Sad to say, but stop and frisk was probably more effective than no stop and frisk.
