Seems like deja vu.
The confessions of Watergate burglar, CIA agent seem fairly damning.

which proves there was a conspiracy. If LHO acted alone, what reason could there be for still sealing documents 59 years later? Plus ANYONE involved in that conspiracy would already be dead.

It was definitely a VIA plot who murdered president JFK. Oswald was a sniper but he was using a bolt action rifle(Enfield type), how could he fired twice at a moving car within a very short timing. Remember he has to eject the shell and load the next ammo in and then aiming again, the car has been moving 3 to 4 meters forward. There were more than two snipers in action!

CIA not "VIA", sorry mistype!

Will we ever know the honest truth about what happened?
Probably not. However, if there ever was an all out war with an enemy, for example Russia, then any classified information linking that enemy to the JFK assassination could be a powerful propaganda weapon to whip up the general public into a frenzy. Is the government or the CIA holding something back for a rainy day? Oswald did live in Russia for a few years. Oswald did bring back a Russian wife. Oswald did visit the Russian Embassy in Mexico City. And a lot of other weird things.
One other strange thing about the JFK assassination in regard to the ballistics. If you've seen the death photos of JFK, you'll notice that the front of JFK's face is fully intact except for a neat and precise bullet hole right in the middle of his forehead, which blew off the back off the back of his head. Any hunter will tell you that this is an indication of a frontal shot, yet Oswald shot JFK from the back. In that case (shooting from the back), there should have been a neat and precise bullet hole in the back of JFK's head and his face would have been blown away. You can see Jackie Kennedy trying to scrape up pieces of JFK's brain matter and bone when she scrambles to the back of the car on the Zapruder film. Had it been a successful head shot from the behind, then JFK's brain matter and skull fragments would've landed in front of him and on the front seat of the car. Oswald may have shot from behind, but the fatal shot to the head came from the front. Even the young surgeon intern (Dr. Crenshaw) who first looked at JFK when he was brought in stated for the record in his book (JFK: Conspiracy of Silence) stated that it was a typical head shot, and he was very familiar with such fatal head shot injuries because it was Texas. In his book, Dr. Crenshaw claimed that he was basically forced to state on the death certificate that the fatal shot came from the back, not the front. Who did it? Dr. Crenshaw has no idea, but the fatal shot (Dr. Crenshaw claims) came from the front, not the back. If what Dr. Crenshaw stated is true, then who (or who else) shot at JFK that day?

Because he was a US Marine who had gone through the corp’s exacting rifle shooting training course. CBS News demonstrated that Oswald’s shooting was good but not extraordinary for someone of his background.

If this was a conspiracy, someone would have talked by now. Can’t keep a secret like that in Washington for very long!

As stated above CIA agent Howard Hunt DID talk about what really went down.

"The amount of documents released may look impressive, but at least spot checking ... there are a lot of documents released with similar redactions that they had before," Bradford said on a call with reporters.
As an example of one record that the government was still partially concealing, Morley pointed to a memo written by Kennedy adviser Arthur Schlesinger in 1961 after the disastrous Bay of Pigs invasion, in which Schlesinger was sharply critical of the CIA. A page and a half of the document, entitled "CIA Reorganization," remains redacted, which Morley said was "not a very good sign."
"[The memo] clearly indicates that people around the president had a lot of qualms about the CIA and were rethinking it," Morley said. "It's an important document about what Kennedy was thinking after the Bay of Pigs. It's really incredible to me that this document hasn't been released."

[ That December, his wife, Dorothy, carrying $10,000 in $100 bills, was killed in a plane crash, foul play suspected but never proved. Two years later, impeachment imminent, Nixon resigned his presidency. And in 1973, E. Howard Hunt, the man who had unwittingly set all these events in motion, pleaded guilty and ultimately spent thirty-three months in prison. "I cannot escape feeling," he said at the time, "that the country I have served for my entire life and which directed me to carry out the Watergate entry is punishing me for doing the very things it trained and directed me to do."
After his release, Hunt moved to Miami, where he remarried, had two more children and spent three decades living a quiet, unexceptional life, steadfastly refusing to talk about Watergate, much less the Kennedy assassination. His connection to the JFK assassination came about almost serendipitously, when in 1974 a researcher stumbled across a photo of three tramps standing in Dallas' Dealey Plaza. It was taken on November 22nd, 1963, the day of Kennedy's shooting, and one of the tramps looked pretty much like E. Howard. In early inquiries, official and otherwise, he always denied any involvement. In later years, he'd offer a curt "No comment." And then, earlier this year, at the age of eighty-eight, he died -- though not before writing an autobiography, American Spy: My Secret History in the CIA, Watergate & Beyond, published last month. Not surprisingly, those things he wrote down about JFK's death and gave to his eldest son don't make an appearance in the book, at least not in any definitive way. E. Howard had apparently decided to take them to the grave. But St. John still has the memo -- "It has all this stuff in it," he says, "the chain of command, names, people, places, dates. He wrote it out to me directly, in his own handwriting, starting with the initials 'LBJ' " -- and he's decided it's time his father's last secrets finally see some light, for better or for worse. ]

New trove of Kennedy assassination files made public:
CIA has deliberately declined to reveal the exceptionally classified secret documents of 100,000 related to JFK's death after 59 years.
The truth cannot be made public. Its consequence could be too immoral to be acceptable..(?)
JeffLee
How do three highly trained espionage agents allow themselves to get arrested all at once in an open space (with about a million escape routes) by a local street cop? LOL.
If you believe Saint John, the attention-seeking drug addict and criminal, you'd believe anything.

@JeffLee
If you believe Saint John, the attention-seeking drug addict and criminal, you'd believe anything.
You seem eager to shut the door on what Hunt had to say lol.
If this was a conspiracy, someone would have talked by now.
And you tried to deflect any consideration that there could be any alternate explanation to the ridiculous conclusions of the LBJ-chaired Warren Commission...For one it has been proven that Kennedy was shot from the front (the doctor who examined Kennedy confirmed this), even though Oswald shot from behind Kennedy.
Can’t keep a secret like that in Washington for very long!
When it comes to the assassination of the president if there was any monkey business on the part of the vice-president working together with the CIA you can bet extraordinary measures will be in place to insure the truth doesn't come out...as stated in this article some files have still been withheld.

No, I read the article with the intent of finding something, but ended up rolling my eyes over a series of ludicrous claims that no person with a modicum of intelligence and common sense should believe, as per the example I posted above.
"Proven"?! That's certainly not what the autopsy found. One wound to the back the head, the other through his back and exiting at the base of his throat. There's even a photo and tons of carefully recorded forensic evidence compiled by a team of medical experts.
