A Trump campaign spokesperson, Steven Cheung, said Tuesday the ex-president's legal team would “continue to fight against the unconstitutional Gag Order imposed by Justice Merchan.”

This means that when trump is sentenced, it will take into consideration the fact that he defied the judges legal order 10 times in criminal contempt of court for which he was found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, on top of the 34 felonies.

When an appellate court (court of appeal) declines to hear a case, it is 100% of the time because there is no merit to the appeal. That’s how the system works in America.
