Auckland starts clean-up after flash floods; 2 dead, 2 missing

Hardly flash floods. It rained torrentially non-stop for close on 24 hours.

my Prayers are with the people of Auckland that are underwater now...

Water in many parts of our city rose within minutes according to residents whose houses were flooded. This is the definition of a flash flood regardless of how long it has been raining

The scenes at the airport were unbelievable.
