Way too slow. The Labour government's complacency on this point is unforgivable.

hold on NZ has been on of the best countries in containing this virus, I think theyve earned a bit of a delay, after all its probably more of a supply issue. 70% of Kiwis think the NZ government have done an excellent job, probably why the had a landslide last election. so your opinion doesnt really matter only those of Kiwis

Arden the woke queen takes the most conservative approach possible.
Who would have thought.

I didn't vote for her as I can see through her lies and incompetence. Great with platitudes and not much else.
How hard is it to keep the virus out of New Zealand when it is miles from everywhere and the borders are shut? People give Ardern way too much credit.

Yes, it is slow but they know if they make promises they don't keep people will be more than unhappy. Since they don't produce vaccines themselves they are relying on big pharmacy. That's why they say mid-year. And it's not like people are dying there as well.

I don't know; ask Japan or the UK how hard it is. They seem to find it very difficult although I see that the UK is looking to adopt NZ's approach to MIQ.
