No, the best people for the job is what countries should aim for. If the best person for the job is a woman, that's perfectly fine with me, but setting quotas for positions of power and responsibility is not the way to solve a perceived gender imbalance.

Women complain a lot about Men. This rebalancing could make the minority (Men) feel some pain.

No, the best people for the job is what countries should aim for. If the best person for the job is a woman, that's perfectly fine with me, but setting quotas for positions of power and responsibility is not the way to solve a perceived gender imbalance. Instead, set appropriate incentives to attract the best people.
