North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un convened a key military meeting

Are there any recent photos? I am not quite convinced that he is healthy, and the fertilizer plant footage does not look completely kosher either.

U.S. President Donald Trump thinks he can cajole North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un into agreeing with him to abandon North's ambitious nuclear weapons policy. Kim believes the development of nuclear arsenal is sure deterrence against U.S. attacks on his country. So he won't abandon this critically important policy whatsoever.

But Kim should take into account the possibility that this will lead to an endless weapons buildup on both sides.  Can North Korea compete with the U.S. on an equal footing as regards a weapons buildup? Probably, Kim is confident here too.
