As it was far from obvious, I do not. To see that as sarcasm means I need to know you. I don't. So it looks more like trolling, especially when you "love" the "mistaken" reaction.

It's often the case, no matter how irrelevant, though, the blame on policy failure is deflected by drawing public attention to anti-Japanese issues.

Now that he has deescalated, Kim feels he isnt getting any attention so he is starting up again. Its not like the harsh words from Trump didnt work, Kim just needs constant attention.
