By now the complete absence of evidence supporting a charge of election fraud would be embarrassing to anything but the GOP.

He'll be expelled from the cult if he tells the truth.

12 ( +25 / -13 )

Pandering to morons.

Will this belief be a prerequisite for GOP candidates for president in 2024?

11 ( +25 / -14 )

Because of course he didn’t.

GOP has transitioned into a full-on cult.

10 ( +25 / -15 )

Trump can say whatever he wants and the good thing is, he’s not stopping

Because spreading falsehoods and sowing division is so good for the country. What a selfless patriot.

9 ( +13 / -4 )

The harder these people try, the more he punches back and this is the biggest fear the left has about this guy.

I keep hearing about how the left are scared of 45. Boy, do you have it wrong.

The left will never convince the right that there weren’t any irregularities, it won’t happen, ever.

Because the right are stupid or stubborn or both. Nothing to be proud of.

8 ( +15 / -7 )

Well, millions of people won’t believe it and since the majority of the msm have their finger on the mute and delete button

Yeah, because Fox news, OAN etc., lie and make up phony voter fraud allegations, but what millions of people think doesn't change the fact that there was no widespread voter fraud that caused Trump to lose the election.

The election was manipulated by a large number of traitors who hate Trump more than they love their country.

Rather odd statement considering Trump's campaign slogan was, "make America great again," which suggests America is, in fact, not great.

8 ( +13 / -5 )

Once again, countries like Russia and China are laughing.

8 ( +13 / -5 )

The Republican Party (GOP) as we knew it, no longer exists.

The Trump (Insurrection) Party continues to thrive with the “Big Lie” and all the lackeys who are following their leader to the detriment of We the People of the United Sates of America.

8 ( +12 / -4 )

When Bill Maher, CNN and the NYT criticizes this President and administration, you know it’s bad.

No, it means they have integrity to criticize the President unlike the lickspittles on Fox.

Which will go nowhere.

You said you weren’t a clairvoyant.

8 ( +14 / -6 )

“It’s not just irregularities. It’s states that did not follow the laws set which the Constitution says they’re supposed to follow.”

Unless he explains that in detail it is nothing but a fabrication. I would be interested to know what part of the US Constitution the states did not uphold. He needs to be specific on this matter. Notice he doesn't make any specific charges because to do so would open him to a lawsuit for publicly libeling one of the Secretaries of State who ran the election.

6 ( +16 / -10 )

Republican are doomed, they depends on old Whites, who are dying in record numbers, when young Whites vote more liberal

6 ( +12 / -6 )

Scalise responded: “It’s not just irregularities. It’s states that did not follow the laws set which the Constitution says they’re supposed to follow.”

Liars gotta lie, that’s how they get their nourishment.

“Millions of Americans have been sold a fraud that the election was stolen,” Cheney tweeted. “Republicans have a duty to tell the American people that this is not true. Perpetuating the Big Lie is an attack on the core of our constitutional republic.”

If you throw the racist bait at the poorly educated, they will bite in swarms. Unfortunately that’s what the GOP has become, the last hope for the poorly educated racists!!!

6 ( +11 / -5 )

I keep hearing about how the left are scared of 45. Boy, do you have it wrong.

Right? We were hearing exactly the same before he lost and it continues now, just like the lies about election fraud which also continue now.

Trump can say whatever he wants and the good thing is, he’s not stopping even if they pulled his Twitter account.

Apart from there being no “if” because it actually happened already, I completely agree that it’s great he says whatever he wants. It really shines a light on how stupid his supporters are.

6 ( +10 / -4 )

If he is such a loser, why spendsomuch time attacking him?

Because the lies he spreads undermine Democracy.

Plus, we need to remember that Trump's 2016 opponent ALSO refused to acknowledge her defeat for years after the election

lol No. She conceded the following day. Also, her supporters to storm the capital after she lost.

6 ( +11 / -5 )

Some trump supporters are mothers of invention.

Sadly true, this gem for example:

Plus, we need to remember that Trump's 2016 opponent ALSO refused to acknowledge her defeat for years after the election.

Getting angry and spreading paranoia over something that didn’t happen seems to be a consistent malady with those folks.

6 ( +11 / -5 )

There is zero evidence of any irregularities in any substantive amount. None, nil, nada, zip zilch.

So says the Trump appointed election security official who, by the way, was fired for saying so.

“But our constituents have concerns.” Where did they get these bat-feces crazy notions? Oh that’s right: from the conspiracist in chief, his band of merry morons and his minions on State tv AKA FAUX “news”.

5 ( +16 / -11 )

millions of people won’t believe it

Because they've been hoodwinked. There is NO evidence the election was stolen in any way whatsoever.

the majority of the msm have their finger on the mute and delete button

Hmm. And why are we reading about these "beliefs" in an Associated Press story? That's another myth: that Cult 45 voices are being silenced.

Let's go back to the story, bass. Scalise says a number of states didn't follow the Constitution. Can you specify why?

My prediction? No.

5 ( +10 / -5 )

And millions think there was and the left won’t change that viewpoint as well.

That's right. Tucker 'n friends told them so.

5 ( +10 / -5 )

If you tell me broccoli is the best food for me and my health, you cannot browbeat me into believing that, if I don’t like it enough I don’t want to eat it or except it, you can’t make me, this is pretty much the same analogy,

That isn’t an analogy at all. You are confusing opinion with facts, again.

5 ( +10 / -5 )

I know, it’s hard to accept, but the Democrats Squandered a huge chance and they can’t even get support from the left anymore, not from the big media pendants which are rapidly turn against him as well as Hollywood.

So the Democrats squandered an huge chance by getting elected, and now the left don’t support them, nor big media and Hollywood. Riiiiight.

5 ( +9 / -4 )

GOP has transitioned into a full-on cult.

Just imagine simping for the man who lost more many in one year than anyone else in the country.

4 ( +14 / -10 )

Millions of Americans are still in denial of reality because republicans like Scalise continue to carry on the big lie. Politicians who continue to do this are traitors to the country as they prepetuate the division that has weakened America, and is being used against us by our adversaries. If the Republican party wants to have a role in America;s future, they and they alone must purge these traitors from their ranks.

4 ( +10 / -6 )

When were they last great? Pin it down. It’s a question few 45 fans can answer or agree on.

California has the worlds fifth largest economy with an annual GDP growth rate that has exceeded the national average since the Great Recession along with a budgets surplus / rainy day fund in excess of $75 Billion. The state isn't perfect but it's doing a lot of things right.

4 ( +10 / -6 )

When Bill Maher, CNN and the NYT criticizes this President and administration, you know it’s bad.

In a democracy you are allowed to criticize your leaders, unlike the GOP which is going the N.Korea way in genuflecting before their leader.

millions don’t and they never will and as long as the left even refuses to acknowledge half of the electorate doesn’t believe that we can have a discussion,*

Wasting millions in useless recounts, done by shady companies, which result in Biden winning by an even wider margin is not a discussion.

Many will be released soon and wait until the lawsuits fly and that’ll be another headache for this administration in the courts.

Sure they'll not be in prison forever, but the lawsuits are going to fly the other way, against the former guy and his men, for misleading the gullible into criminal acts!!!

4 ( +9 / -5 )

I never want to hear the term "Constitutional Conservative" uttered from the mouths of these seditionists EVER again.

They are not "Constitutional" in that they are more than happy to bend, break and violate it to maintain power in an election that was free and fair, and which they ABOSOLUTELY LOST.

They are not "Conservative". They are all for throwing our allies under the bus. They are weak on foreign tyrants eg Russia, China et al. They spent money like there is no tomorrow at a time when the economy was running on full employment. NOW, they seem to have "remembered" fiscal conservatism. Funny how all it took was their boy losing.

"Constitutional Conservative" has become an oxymoron uttered by a group of plain-old morons.

3 ( +10 / -7 )

There are myriad examples of Democrats doing the same thing after Trump won in 2016, which I posted here previously. Congressman John Lewis, the majority of Democratic voters, the losing candidate, all questioned the legitimacy of Trump's presidency long after the election.

Nope. You said Hillary refused the result for years. Which was false. You weren’t censored, you were corrected.

3 ( +9 / -6 )

I guess like most liberals you don’t watch Fox, Trump was excoriated by a lot of pundits if he did something wrong from Geraldo to Cavuto, Carlson, Ingram and even Hannity, the difference is, when they see something the president did well in, of course they applauded that as well. There is a reason why CNN, MSNBC and the New York Times are just hemorrhaging viewers because the only thing that they can talk about is this Trump and nothing else and then try to force feed to the masses that every single thing that Biden is doing is great and every single pole number showing that is not the case, Quinnipiac is an extremely left is pill and they put the President now at 53% disproval and this is not from some right-wing crazy group, this is one of the lefts more reliable polls. Look at what crowds are singing at all of these games about Biden, social media may have the ability to shut people up, but out in the open it’s a different story. And again, Bill Maher is warning that the people are just not going to take this much longer and you see cracks forming everywhere. When the Dems lose the House, it’s pretty much over for their agenda and Biden’s and that is why they are desperate to push this mega-trillion behemoth through. And Manchin and Sinema are making sure that the country doesn’t fall off into the socialist cliff..

You said you weren’t a clairvoyant.

I’m not, just going by 30 years of witch hunt history.

Nope. Wrong again.

3 ( +8 / -5 )

All this anger building up can’t be good for you. Broccoli could be a great help in softening those issues and letting go.

3 ( +8 / -5 )

"I’ve been very clear from the beginning," he said. “If you look at a number of states, they didn’t follow their state-passed laws that govern the election for president. That is what the United States Constitution says. They don’t say the states determine what the rules are. They say the state legislatures determine the rules,” the Louisiana congressman said on “Fox News Sunday.”

Pressed by moderator Chris Wallace on whether the election went beyond a few irregularities to be considered “stolen,” Scalise responded: “It’s not just irregularities. It’s states that did not follow the laws set which the Constitution says they’re supposed to follow.”

Chris Wallace should have asked him for specifics about what exactly he is talking about!

He is just beating around the bush and its bs.

2 ( +13 / -11 )

Criminals like trump and Scalise know this message will rile up the crazies like in 2016. trump even admit in his last Iowa rally that he lies to get people's support.

“It’s the single biggest issue, the issue that gets the most pull, the most respect, the biggest cheers is talking about the election fraud of the 2020 presidential election. Nobody’s ever seen anything like it,” trump said.

CNN's Jim Acosta Says Trump's Rally Comment 'Gave Away The Big Lie'

https://www.yahoo.com/news/cnns-jim-acosta-says-trumps-233503939.html

He admitted that the issue is the main one that keeps him in the spotlight. This is why you see the endless recounts by shady trump supporting companies in various states that trump one in the election.

Republicans wasting tax payers dollars to stay relevant. Party of fiscal responsibility?????

Yeah, right!

0 ( +5 / -5 )

@nonparty

lets keep on speaking about Trump.

And forget about GAS PRICE increase...

Soon our bank balance will run out ..

They make you a blind person,,,,,, until you die ...

They will when he stops having rallies, asking people for money for his PAC and teasing people that he will run in 2024.

0 ( +5 / -5 )

The crowd in that photo looks very angry, white and middle aged.

-1 ( +11 / -12 )

Eighty one million votes for a man who couldn't make gas after chili night.

The election was manipulated by a large number of traitors who hate Trump more than they love their country.

-1 ( +15 / -16 )

So now the Democrats decide the Republican nomination?

No they dont.

that is why they are trying to force Republicans (through bad publicity from their Democrat media friends) to pick someone else other than Trump. They need an obedient loser such as McCain or Romney in order to win 2024.

-3 ( +5 / -8 )

Yeah, thats my point too. If Trump is so horrible, seems Dems would be quiet and just let him run.

But the smarter ones realize that Trump performed even better in 2020 election than he did in 2016.

His polling is actually much better now than election day of 2020 now that people have had a chance to see 9 months of the Biden-Harris disaster.

A few mean tweets dont seem so bad compared to record level inflation and gas prices on their way to doubling.

-5 ( +5 / -10 )

Zichi, veering a bit off topic, but I agree that Trump was being petulant in refusing to attend the inauguration. He is a famously poor loser in many things. But that has little to do with the subject, which is accepting the election results. Clearly this has been an issue for two election cycles and for both parties.

-6 ( +6 / -12 )

No, it means they have integrity to criticize the President unlike the lickspittles on Fox.

I guess like most liberals you don’t watch Fox, Trump was excoriated by a lot of pundits if he did something wrong from Geraldo to Cavuto, Carlson, Ingram and even Hannity, the difference is, when they see something the president did well in, of course they applauded that as well. You said you weren’t a clairvoyant.

I’m not, just going by 30 years of witch hunt history.

-7 ( +6 / -13 )

Refusing to accept election results is not a partisan game. There are myriad examples of Democrats doing the same thing after Trump won in 2016, which I posted here previously. Congressman John Lewis, the majority of Democratic voters, the losing candidate, all questioned the legitimacy of Trump's presidency long after the election.

If he is such a fool and loser, let him run again. Surely Biden and/or Harris would make short work of such a dunce, wouldn't they?!?

-9 ( +4 / -13 )

Nope. Wrong again.

I know, it’s hard to accept, but the Democrats Squandered a huge chance and they can’t even get support from the left anymore, not from the big media pendants which are rapidly turn against him as well as Hollywood.

Read, it’s all there for public consumption.

-10 ( +4 / -14 )

in the end, "it happens to everybody" and is just "part of the process".

I dont know why Dems have all this concern about Trump running again, as he is supposedly such a loser and has no chance of beating the "most popular president in US history".

-10 ( +4 / -14 )

So the Democrats squandered an huge chance by getting elected, and now the left don’t support them,

A lot are bailing ship. Watch Dave Chappelle’s “Closer” he completely hit it out of the ballpark with pinpointing what so many on the left are doing wrong.

nor big media and Hollywood. Riiiiight.

CNN and NYT are not quite the conservative echo chamber.

-10 ( +4 / -14 )

Bob, I'm not angry myself. Rather more bemused than anything. Biden won the election and now has to do the job, personally I don't think he is up for the task but I wish him well. Chances are good he only has another year before Congress flips (both Houses) and he won't have to worry about his agenda anymore.

The GOP would be stupid to put Trump up again, but that's just my opinion. We need some newer, fresher faces in leadership generally in the US, get these septugenarians and above to retire and go play with their grandchildren.

-10 ( +4 / -14 )

The history is written. Trump suffered the greatest defeat of his life in a historical loss to a record-beating Biden first across the line with a huge margin of ballots.

And now he’s sinking in the polls faster than the Titanic. Buyers deep remorse. When Bill Maher, CNN and the NYT criticizes this President and administration, you know it’s bad.

The popular vote, EC vote, and Congress.

Yeah, liberals keep saying that.

Declared the safest election in history by all the security agencies, the leader of the republicans and the AG.

You think that, millions don’t and they never will and as long as the left even refuses to acknowledge half of the electorate doesn’t believe that we can have a discussion, if the left refuses to discuss it, there will always be resistance to the opposite side because you’re outright dismissing them to even engage with them. If you tell me broccoli is the best food for me and my health, you cannot browbeat me into believing that, if I don’t like it enough I don’t want to eat it or except it, you can’t make me, this is pretty much the same analogy, you can’t force people to believe or think something that they don’t want and this is the reason why we have such a division in the country, the left thinks for some odd reason that their opinion is the only valid opinion and nothing else matters, and millions of us vehemently reject that, you can have your opinion and so can we, but if the people on the left that have the power of the media and can shut down the people on the opposite side from expressing their opinion, it will never work Because you can’t force people into believing something that they don’t want to believe in, because you hold the Mic and you say it’s true.

He then tried Jan 6th, which too failed and will put hundreds of his supporters in prisons.

Many will be released soon and wait until the lawsuits fly and that’ll be another headache for this administration in the courts. Once it was shown their civil rights were violated and that they weren’t even properly and legally charged it’s going to give another black eye to this administration.

Trump facing criminal charges over the Georgia elections.

Which will go nowhere.

.

-11 ( +5 / -16 )

Well, millions of people won’t believe it and since the majority of the msm have their finger on the mute and delete button, they will have the final say and can always cut the other side off or the great Oz as we like to call it. Other than that, on the street, in baseball games at events the great Oz doesn’t have any power to stop the conversation, beliefs and information flow. Nope, no way, no how, never.

Trump can say whatever he wants and the good thing is, he’s not stopping even if they pulled his Twitter account. The harder these people try, the more he punches back and this is the biggest fear the left has about this guy. Also, a lot of this Trump pushes because he knows it gets the left in a bloodlust rage. The left will never convince the right that there weren’t any irregularities, it won’t happen, ever. Both sides hold their beliefs but what is certain for a fact and that is, people are without question getting tired of this administration and the prospects of them losing the house is becoming more and more prevalent with each passing day, so I hope the Dems focus on Trump and what he’s saying, it just helps him and the GOP.
