He should come out and say whether he accepts the nomination or not. To me, staying silent smacks of arrogance and disrespect and lack of appreciation to those that nominated him and his millions of fans worldwide who are celebrating the award. I have lost any respect I had for Bob Dylan. I say give the award to someone who will appreciate it.

Maybe Sacheen Littlefeather can attend the ceremony in proxy for him ala Marlon Brando when he won (and declined) his Academy Award for best actor in 1973.
