"As of now, there are no plans to ask the Russian side to join investigations," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters, adding that Moscow replied it was not possible to conduct an objective investigation without its participation.

Moscow knows exactly what is going to be found. Only one way that is possible.

Ask yourself a simple question, who does not want gas flow from Russia to Germany?

When a gas pipeline ruptured in the Gulf of Mexico in 2021 there was fire at the surface. Very dramatic. I wonder if the Russians expected the same when they blew the four pipelines of Nordstream 1 and 2?

I did not name any country. why many people are getting frustrated? Truth is bitter, even if it is unspoken.

They, the Swedes are stating it was not accidental or malfunctioning. It will be near impossible to know which group or country carried out the attack.

Kumumazaka: I like your analysis: But you miss a group, those opposed to fossil fuels. Like business involve in constructing and supplying green energy. Now that their source of fossil as ended and EU law of no fossil driven car by 2030. Germany will have to now fasten their plans for green energy which was not in Germany present plans. Now you need a sub to set the charges because of the depth 100m + need experience drivers. Who has the motive and the sub and man power and opposed to fossil fuel industries. Enviromental extremist come to mind. So my analysis is Green Business partner with a Environment extremist Greenpeace who have a sub and man power.

John-San - Yep, it could very well be something along those lines, and I wouldn’t put it past a group like that. All of the political garbage suggesting the US had something to do with it or Russia was at fault (myself included, I just like to wind some people up) fails to address some points either way.

Haaa Nemui: I am glad that my point of view has been recognised by logical thinkers and as not been deleted, seeing that Greenpeace are considered a scared cow with the cancel culture movement.

It is impossible for all ships and subs to enter or leave the Baltic Sea without detection.

Kurumazaka2.1 : Ok but did you know that Germany sign a multi billion dollar deal for supply of gas from Abu Dhabi ( so Germany won't freeze ) and two days latter it happen. also about donors. Major green construction and suppliers Businesses I assume partnered with this mob and gladly replace those donors if catch out. Still I assume they will be donating will into the future if caught or not. As for detection by Navies is easy overcome. if you stay close and on top of the pipeline the sub would bland in with the pipeline and therefore undetected. The Gas deals days before, Huge amounts of dollars that will be earn for construction and green energy suppliers and the expert deep sea divers Greenpeace have, that my theory. I am discounting Biden remarks about stopping Nord stream because I assume he meant by political pressure on Germany.

I guess we're all scratching our heads on this one. While Russia is the current baddie, they have control of the tap so no need to destroy the pipeline. So I guess we should be thinking of someone who doesn't want the tap to be opened again. The US perhaps has motive, but I doubt they would want to deal with the consequences. Greenpeace makes sense, although we might be questioning their ability to do it.

My mad suggestion is Jacob Rees-Mogg (the UK's Business Secretary) in partnership with some oil and gas extraction companies. He's currently trying to push through the licensing of oil and gas exploration for 900 locations in the North Sea. A shortage of gas from Russia would make the idea more popular. Oil and gas exploration and extraction companies probably have the means to destroy pipelines.

Now, where did I put my pills? Nurse!
