Ease tension?

As CN protects and semi-controls NK. She should remove the Un from power.

Or send Dennis.

"Currently tensions are high and we certainly would like to see a de-escalation,"

Then pull the plug on North Korea's energy. China supplies 90%. China continues to play this game. pretending to be trying to help, while fiercely protecting it's own interests. Looks to me like China failed big time by preventing Jong Nam's assasination. They could have replaced the current regime.

Wasn't Trump going to whip out the Burger Diplomacy? Maybe that was like his secret plan to defeat ISIS or the free and better healthcare for everyone....so many promises. But personally, I'd just rather he played golf and not get involved.

Ossan,

Surely the Russians would gladly jump in if China pulls the plug on the energy. Propping up brutally repressive regimes is pretty fashionable in Moscow this season.

I'd rather see a Russian puppet North Korea than the current one.
