Every time this insane Dictator launches a missile he is rolling the dice - one day his luck will run out, and with a serious malfunction occurring and the cities of Seoul, Tokyo, or Shanghai could be the landing-site, with the potential of killing hundreds of thousands of ordinary innocent people.

When and how is the madman going to be stopped ?? Why is United Nations totally and utterly incapable of performing their most basic function, that of preventing any possibility of war / terrorism / provocations..... ?? I think its high time we are given answers to these incredibly basic questions.
