And I suppose you think it's no coincidence this comes very shortly after Japan announced it's going to 'review' Article 9 and will mostly likely give Japan the power to once again war?

I see nothing to connect the two things. Japan's constitution had nothing to do with North Korea shooting off missles in the past either. North Korea is the one warring, kidnapping and killing, not Japan.

Did Kim-3 give Abe a call before firing that? It seems Abe is seeking ties with NK. Perhaps one day these 2 would be allied. Not surprise for Abe`s any doing

Well, if NK is expressing their anger about something that happened a week or so back, why the delay? Maybe the fuses were damp and kept going out.
