pull this beast's fangs and nails???

What an awesome idea but out of touch with what is REAL!! IF America has lost their wars in Iraq and afghanistan and she is looking to take out a military beast having more armed personal than the entire NATO ground forces combined?

The Musudan, which has never been tested, has an estimated range of up to 4,000 kilometers

That dummy missile on parade laid over a TEL?

Now is the turn for South Koreans blaming US military hegemony and refusal of beating war drums in the Korean peninsula! Congraduations!! Dear great comarade KIm JonUn, you won this war of propaganda!

You have to wonder what the Norks are playing at. Nobody is going to give them anything after all the stuff they've been shoveling for the past month. I wouldn't even give them Detroit, it would be a bad deal for the residents of Detroit......

I'm still waiting for China to do something more positive than agree that NK has to be denuclearized. I guess that's a step in the right direction but a good spanking seems to be in order.

I guess there's no Korean version of the saying, "Beggars can't be choosers..."

Will we have to give him New Jersey?

Nah, but we SHOULD give him Detroit.

It really is coming down to the time to pull this beast's fangs and nails.

I really really want Nork to fire off something... please do. C'mon Kim and cronies...just fire off one missile, only one is needed. Then your country can be put out of its misery and the grass will be much greener on the other side of a united Korea.

The U.S. and S. Korea will not give in to North Korea's demands The North Korean president will tell his people that the U.S. and S. Korea did give in to his demands The people of North Korea will believe him The President of North Korea will appear to be a hero to his people

North Korea lays out tough pre-conditions for talks

And the world should set tough pre-conditions for North Korea to get enough fuel and food to survive.

So their true extortion is revealed.

NK has no way to even try to negotiate against South Korea, getting rid of all US armed forces there?? Hahaha! These fools are thicker than I thought! They must be smoking crack or something!

Do not compromise with this fool, it only will encourage him to do it again. Sometimes a line needs to be drawn and this is one of those times.

Dialog is the best way forward in any adult situation alonng with necesssary compromises by both parties.

However when dealing with a petulant child, making them stew in the naughty chair is also a good option.

I say don't give in. We have done so for the past 50 years and nothing has changed. If NK thinks that their way is the best, the let them fend for themselves. Afterall, according to thier lore they know how to do things and can crush the US so let them fend for themselves. I would rather see any money from any country that goes to support NK be used by helping the poor in their own borders and not go to keeping this cult of leaders around.

Just keep the north holding their breath and see what happens.
