They’re not “offering aid”, they’re buying cheap DORK ammo using non-cash forms of payment.

he would ask for help "if aid is necessary," it added.

Kim, his generals and others chosen by Kim's regime care little for those suffering and care nothing if Kim and his chosen would have to give something up to help their subjects. Cult of personality after all.

It's what good neigbours do.

I thought NK said these floods were just vicious rumors spread by SK.

Thunderstorms, hurricanes, overflowing rivers, bursting of dams, floods, and landslides are causing havoc across continents. Everyone knows that human beings and their companion species are precious for the survival of the Planet. No one should wait with folded hands but rise up to extend a helping hand to those in need.

Saw a video of Lil' Kim in a small boat (12ft outboard with rear controls/motor) being shown the flooding. There were other govt boats around for security and about 5 people in his boat trying to keep tree branches away.

Then it happened.

A branch hit the fearless leader's hair, messing it up slightly. Kim pointed at someone off camera, perhaps the guy steering the boat and said something mean based on his facial expression. I can't read lips for Korean, but wouldn't be surprised if that guy and his family had their food rations cut for a month - or worse.

All because the other men in the boat didn't keep a branch from hitting his hair.

What floods? There are no floods in North Korea. That's just propaganda. Kim Jong Un said so just a couple of days ago. Water is being judiciously released to attract tourists.

Putin gives humanitarian aid to Kim, Kim gives military support to Putin to bomb terrorists in Ukraine, the West gives Ukraine bombs to bomb Russia. The circle is closed. Who wants to take part in this, come and they are waiting for you there.
