Look, I know you got a tough job convincing Westerners that North Korea is a paradise. I don't hate you for it. On the battlefield, we would be enemies, but I admire your hustle and the dedication you have for your job.

one day someone with less patience than me might come along and aerially obliterate north korea. and the only good thing that will come out of that will be the end of this perpetual bark.

Yes, if you are starting from zero, you can have an infinite percentage growth in your GDP with one Russian missile deal!!! Also still Putin's War.

A basket case which relies on the teat of Russia or China to survive. Great if you’re a brutal dictatorship, horrible for those living under it.

aerially obliterate north korea.

That box was ticked 70 years back.

During the the Korean War, 635k tons of bombs, including 33k tons of napalm, were dropped on North Korean targets.

The U.S dropped 500k tons in the Pacific theatre in WW2.

Glad we don't live in NK, but also glad that they're having some success. Given enough NK success, reconciliation and peace with SK becomes more likely, not less.

However, US globalist NEOCON destabilization crowd's none too happy about NK progress & greater prosperity!

"NK GDP expected to grow b/w 10 and 20% this YEAR, seems biz with China and Russia BOOMING. Why?

Bleh bleh bleh. Fatboy Kimmy strikes again. Stop the presses!

Oh, OTOH - keep them going. More Orwellian psychobabble from this flattop brat from the top of the school gymnasium tiers. He's throwing paper wads down the tiers again and when you turn around to see whodunit, he's got his fingers stretching the sides of his dumb mouth out and sticking his tongue out atcha.

Idiot screwball kid. And we've all had to deal with these nerds in school.

NK GDP expected to grow b/w 10 and 20% this YEAR

Is that why the large majority of the population and almost all children meet the definition of malnourished?

Is that why the “army” (cough cough” spends a good 6 months a year farming instead of training?

Fun fact: If you have a dime and I give you 7 pennies, your wealth has shot up 70% IN ONE YEAR!

Is that really a sign of economic vitality?

Americans spend more on watching pro sports in a year than the entire GDP of DORK.

Just to put things in perspective…..

KCNA separately reported that Kim on Wednesday toured factories producing consumer goods and food, and gave guidance on modernizing the facilities as part of implementing a new regional development policy.

Like he would know! Kimmy don't know squat about industrial labor and factory work, let alone farming. And who or what is that blue-clad person or idol to his left on that stage?

14th Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea,

WTH are we fooling here? It's just that totalitarian tub o' guts turd telling his yes-men how things are going to be in the next Five, oh Seven oh WTH Year Plan.

Everybody say, 'Hail the Modern Caesar!'. And to quote the Shakespeare play, 'you can feel and sense such a stench all around that you have to close your lips as not to receive the bad air'.

Barf City!

North Korea has said it considers the South as an enemy at war and last year scrapped a military pact signed in 2018 aimed at de-escalating tensions near the military border drawn up under a truce ending the 1950-53 Korean War.

Gee whiz, you mean NK isn't at war with Eurasia or Eastasia now?

wait, you are telling me a country suffering from famine is sanctioning G20 member country? now it really take rocket science to analyse and fully study this case.

And good on the UN for doing that: start stupid wars win stupid prizes.

NK aspires to join BRICS, expand their integration into world. It's hopeful sign, they're making economic and technological progress with their growing list of partners.

Let's hope for more peace on Korean Peninsula and normalizing relations with Japan, that'll benefit us all!

(except for radical globalist destabilization crowd)

NK GDP expected to grow b/w 10 and 20% this YEAR,

That's possible. Still, it's like your mom increasing your weekly allowance from 25¢ to 30¢.

It is also likely that the entirety of this GDP increase is due to arms exports to Russia - not that that's going to benefit the average North Korean.

Krummy Kimmy is sanctioning a G20 nation? Ahhhhh, DAMN! Does anybody take this klown seriously? More Orwellian klaptrap from a total krud nerd.

The beggar cuts off economic ties with his rich brother. How smart.

That country is a step away from eating each other. They could have a party with Kim.

Thanks to Russia's murderous and unprovoked invasion of Ukraine, and China preparations for beginning conflicts in its region. It seems autocrats and conflict is making good money for a select few leaders. Putin, Kim and Xi, riding high on murder and misery, as autocrats love to do.

You've got to be joking. It will make Kim and his family more convinced that a reunited Korea should be ruled by him, and less likely for any compromise. That is not closer to peace or reconciliation, it is further from it. Some people have a really weird way of interpreting reality.

9 ( +10 / -1 )

Good. The Sunshine policy was an abject failure, giving Kim money and aid that just went to buy another Mercedes for him and his cabal...

And I bust a gut when some posters here try to make NKorea sound like paradise, when teenage boys are sentenced to 12 years in prison just for watching a SKorean soap opera...

10 ( +11 / -1 )

Man, how is the South Korean economy going to survive that 18$ loss in trade?

7 ( +8 / -1 )

Good, that means North Korea will totally reliance on China like a province in PRC.

Yoon is stupid enough to destroy the way to reunification with North Korea. The hard earned relationship built during Moon's presidency has gone to vainl. It is like a gift giveaway their northern brothers and sisters to China!

That means more people to die from starvation and disease.

In perfect world, all would celebrate progress of NK and others, not take on divisive dangerous zero-sum mentality.

NK's taking action, trying to improve lives of their citizens.

We should respect NK's efforts to develops and realize their progress will make peace and prosperity for all more likely, not less, especially with SK and Japan!

If you think NK is so "perfect", why don't you go for a visit?

Waltz through downtown Pyongyang with a T-Shirt that says KJU is a short, fat, idiot with baggy pants and a goofy haircut...

When the police stop you, tell them it was just a joke...

Let us know how that works out for you...and keep believing hope springs eternal...you'll need it...

Would just add NK's TRENDS are better than Japan's TRENDS on relative basis. Sure, NK's not at a great spot today, but their future looks BRIGHTER not DIMMER.

Agree, NKs got LOTS of work to do, but more hope there than in many decades - should be celebrated by all!

Tucker's too busy gloating in Moscow because he just interviewed Putin. Hey Tuckyboy, did those shoes taste good? Meanwhile Kimmyboy is peeved because he ain't getting all the attention he thinks he 'deserves'. So he puts on a bloated Newspeak fest like this, and he's screaming.

Wah. Ignore this puny puke.
