The DPRK really should listen to the advice from the PRC and the Russian Federation, and return to the 6party talks fully or partially. Those two have vastly better intelligence than the DPRK - the successor can only dream of having that kind of info.

Why doesn't he give the Korean people a present and say NK will abandon its pathetic existence and unify with South Korea, putting to an end a country with enormous potential going to waste.
