Eh, his fans will give him another free pass. They hate liberals more than they love America.

I suspect they also hate looking stupid, given the adoring way they've been talking about him compared to the way his presidency has turned out so far.

America's leadership needs advising from Kremilin daily. The defianceTrump should be the 'Putin of America' ! The Democrats and those anti-Trump Republicans were selfish egoists who put their own political interest in front of the nation and regardless the pain of the suffered American public under sixteen years of Bush/Obama tyranny.A very harzardous political cultural that haunted the United States that brought U.S. degraded like a third world country.

I wish Mr. Trump good luck!

elephant200: too bad Flynn already left. He would have been the man!

0 ( +0 / -0 )

and trump thinks the real news is that there are so many "illegal" leaks coming from the white house. but he didn't condemn leaks when the russians supplied them to wikileaks. karma is a big ole *ITCH!

14 ( +15 / -1 )

Clinton's emails- Trump's phone calls.

Watch Trump take to Twitter and tweet like a twat about how he was unfairly treated.

7 ( +8 / -1 )

Talking emails?? HaHa....Yes....Hillary was a true criminal over her emails! Mr Flynn will be honoured!

@elephant2o America's leadership needs advising from Kremilin daily.

Could part of the advising be the Kremlin giving Trump and his administration suggestions on ways to establish a Russian-style oligarchy? How's that worked out for you in Russia. Has the ordinary Russian gained as a result of that system, or has it been primarily the oligarchs and those most closely connected with them who've got rich.

10 ( +11 / -1 )

Did you hear that Petraeus is in the running to replace Flynn? The guy who was actually convicted of intentionally mishandling classified information in real life, not like the fantasy conviction of Clinton in the right-wing media?

Yeah, him. It's like they aren't even trying anymore.

13 ( +14 / -1 )

since they like putin so much. why not consider to leave usa and immigrate to russia?

9 ( +10 / -1 )

Trump has royally pi**** off the Intel community. Now they are giving him a Valentine gift by leaking factual info to the press like a slow release aspirin tablet. I predict Trump won't survive this scandal, his misdeeds will be exposed with hard evidence.

Another milestone in the downfall: Paul Ryan ha weighed in:

You know, I think that might be excessive. I think that it looks like the president has handled the situation, and unless there’s some kind of other evidence of malfeasance, this sounds like something that was internal White House politics, and it looks like the president’s handled it. ... I just don’t think it’s useful to be doing investigation after investigation, particularly of your own party. We’ll never even get started with doing the things we need to do like repealing Obamacare if we’re spending our whole time having Republicans investigate Republicans. I think it makes no sense.

There is abundant evidence, the president clearly did nothing until the WaPo article forced his hand (even dismissing Flynn was minimal), and collusion between an incoming NSA and a foreign power is nothing like "internal White House politics." And nothing is to be gained by "Republicans investigate Republicans"?! - I see a meme coming, one in which party puts party priorities over those of the nation. (BTW, Paul, how's that "replace" thing coming along?)

Scary thing is Ryan is behind Pence in the succession race.

11 ( +12 / -1 )

He owes his entire presidency to Putin, so of course his team would be getting directions from the Kremlin during the campaign like the servile traitors they are.. That his team didn't even bother to cover it up shows their complete and utter hatred for Americans. It's a pity Repubs are so submissive these days

First Flynn. Now this. The British ex-spy is getting validated every day. Next we will have compromising videos filmed in a Russian hotel to discuss.

The hole was already dug, it is deep and leads to Russia.

Trump had to know about everything and is on the path to a quick impeachment.

10 ( +11 / -1 )

We need to create a special position to sort this out. A Russia Tsar, so to speak.

10 ( +10 / -0 )

Shawn ssssssssspicer is gonna have a meltdown with all this stuff going own! Is it just me or is the trumpy presidency looking more like the skit on SNL!??

10 ( +11 / -1 )

Lock him up?

10 ( +11 / -1 )

I suspect Mr. Trump has fallen victim to 美人局 (pronounced tsutsumotase), as Japanese call the honey trap. Someday soon I expect to turn on my computer and see him singing in the golden shower, so to speak, under the tender ministrations of a krasyvaya dyevushka.

8 ( +9 / -1 )

SNL is going to be sooo good this coming weekend.

I hope Spicey will be back.

There are some serious questions coming Trumps way, and it is all his fault.

viking68FEB. 15, 2017 - 04:28PM JST First Flynn. Now this. The British ex-spy is getting validated every day. Next we will have compromising videos filmed in a Russian hotel to discuss.

It won't be long I'm sure. Several of the alphabet agencies are continuing their investigations into team Trump's traitorous links to the Kremlin - we will be seeing more leaks about Trump gushing over the front pages for the foreseeable future.

Either way it is a win-win for Don Putin. He either controls the Whitehouse by Kompromat or totally undermines the underpinning of American democracy - both great for his agenda. Trump must go and quickly....

7 ( +8 / -1 )

Looks like OJT for DJT isn't going too well. What a TIT.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

It is gonna be so satisfying to see the bloated ego of Trump facing utter disgrace.

9 ( +11 / -2 )

Less than a month into the honeymoon the question we need to ask the Trumpsters is: "How's that trumpy-changey stuff working out for ya?

5 ( +7 / -2 )

Either way it is a win-win for Don Putin.

Win-win?! A chunk in Trump's armor was all that was required. For once, I look forward to his Tweets - events have outpaced this clever septuagenarian and what he'd thought was his dream team. Ironically, by purposely pitting his team against each other, he's created an environment for backstabbing - and that's just with his home team. He's also inalienably alienated most every professional branch of the US government - all in his first three weeks!

It will only get better. Who's after Ryan, BTW? Must-know info at this point.

6 ( +7 / -1 )

Putin seems to be trying to create a distraction for Donald with the missile deployment.

6 ( +7 / -1 )

Ryan is a worm, it's hard to believe he could end up president by default. A brown-noser isn't going to enjoy the top job, unless he's going perform the Hindlick Manoeuvre on President Putin like Trump and his treason team.

I've been saying for a few weeks Trump controls the media by getting them to focus on other things.

Superlib is right. Reagan is now a liberal.

Several of Trump’s associates, like Manafort, have done business in Russia. It is not unusual for U.S. businessmen to come in contact with foreign intelligence officials, sometimes unwittingly, in countries like Russia and Ukraine, where the spy services are deeply embedded in society, according to the Times.

As the New York Times stated, those countries are full of spies - ya can't do anything in society without running into one, like 1984. It's unavoidable. Who knows if the Trump posse even knew who they were really talking with

Better start brushing up on that Russian. Comrade.

Trump kept harping throughout his campaign about Clinton's email leaks, and yet here he is being even more lackadaisical about security. Now through SNS, everyone knows who is carrying the nuclear football, and who knows who might have been monitoring him as he turned his exclusive Mar-a-Lago club into a situation room for all eyes to witness. I understand that Trump wants transparency, but to allow the public and anyone to see top secret stuff?

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Yep. Trump celebrated the leaks against his rivals, now he's whining about the leaks in his own administration and wants an investigation.

Translation: wuss.

Since it's the notorious NYT, in other words that means, we can take it with a grain of salt at the very minimum. Yaaaawn!

Translation: No wonder no one reads that paper anymore.

This is a nothing comment, just another shiny object to spur on radical alt-right white nationalists whom (sic) have no substance nor moral integrity. They are lost in space in a vacuum of their own inanity.

No wonder no one reads that paper anymore.

The NYT doubled its subscriptions in 2016. Many thinking people respect and trust the NYT's long history of ethical investigative journalism that holds political leaders to account. In the era of Trump, such people are reminded of that.

3 ( +3 / -0 )

The NYT issues retractions when it is wrong.

Trump bullies others and doubles down with the lies when he is caught lying.

There is a world of difference between them, or the NYT is based in reality and Trump fantasy.
