There are too many impossible problems to solve regardless of who becomes the next president of the USA. Neither Obama nor Romney can fix the economy. It is far beyond the point of no return.

Jobs data? Check http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2012-10-31/adp-cancels-365000-private-jobs-created-2012

If ADP adjusts their calculations the economy actually lost 365,000 jobs over the last few months. The real unemployment rate is way above 9%, but that figure only includes people who are looking for work.

Earnings season for companies will soon show that massive cutbacks are coming to the work force as corporations attempt to stop the monetary bleeding from consumers still too in debt to buy more material junk.

Don't forget to mention that "Fieldworks" a private firm that collects votes stated that a "John Adolf Hitler" was found among the votes in Ohio. Fieldworks has been known to work wih ACORN in the past. Please don't make it seem as if liberals have the highest honor and moral integrity that would exempt them from ever doing anything like this.

bass, forgot to add, my whole families (lawyers) are on sideline waiting for recount calls. Many of us have been giving up our homes to volunteers, and 780 lawyers from the US Justice Dept. have been already sent to 23 states overseeing and protecting an integrity of election. Just Ohio alone there are over 700 lawyers are on sideline. Do you call them Acorn members? Your thinking is just crossing lines.

"a neck-and-neck race"

How could this be? Isn't the great Barack Obama clearly the better choice over Mitt Romney?

Funny how liberals just call the race as if they know beyond a shadow of doubt he's going to win. No one knows, heck, I want Romney to win, don't want another 4 years of Socialist ideas Bankrupting to nation. 4 more years of high unemployment. For Blacks unemployment has gotten worse and NOT ONE time did I hear Obama raising the issue. Blacks and Latinos are really suffering under this president. Enough is enough with this guy!

According to former editor Bill Emmott, "the Economist's philosophy has always been liberal, not conservative.

First off, the Economist is British and not continental "European." By Emmott's definition of "liberal, " we have the Economist supporting the following parties for prime minister of Great Britain.:

1955 -- Conservatives; 1959 -- Conservatives; 1964 -- Labour; 1966 -- Conservatives; 1970 -- Conservatives; 1974 -- Conservatives; 1979 -- Conservatives (Thatcher); 1983 -- Conservatives (Thatcher); 1987 -- Conservatives (Thatcher); 1992 -- Conservatives; 1997 --Conservatives.

The Economist has endorsed Ronald Reagan, Bob Dole (over Clinton), and George W. Bush.

Emmott might make the claim that the Economist is liberal, but the editorial board's actions by way of their endorsements are more telling. To the names of Reagan, Thatcher, Dole and W. Bush, we now add Barack Obama's.

No surprise there on who they were going to endorse, also good to see you quote a leading European publication as Obama is quite enamored with European domestic policies.

@Globewatcher

Re. the deficit. The simple answer is that it WASN'T necessary to double it again from the Bush years. The stimulus failed. The President wasted time trying to fix health care when the economy should have had priority.

Unlike liberals here and their vicious unwarranted personal attacks on Mitt Romney, I don't have anything bad to say about Barack Obama personally. I think he's a good man, an intelligent man, and tried his best. Unfortunately, he was not up to the job. He didnt have the political skills needed in hard times.

If he does win re-election, which is possible (the race is extremely close), I will wish him well and hope for him to succeed.

Reports of voter suppression tactics by GOP are surfacing .

So what are we seeing?

In Florida, forged letters are questioning voters’ citizenship and claiming to purge them from the rolls.

In Ohio, billboards designed to scare voters are popping up in predominately African-American neighborhoods.

In Colorado, voting machines start mulfunctioning and today is a last day of GOTV.

The endorsement of the Salt Lake Tribune -- the largest newspaper in the state of Utah, a state with a population roughly equal to Nevada -- caught my eye. They roundly criticize Romney and have endorsed President Obama.

This is significant because this is the heart of "Romney-country" -- one of the places that knows him best.

Care to speculate how the largest newspaper in the other state that knows Romney best -- Massachusetts -- feels who is better to lead our nation?

It's funny how the editor of a Las Vegas newspaper calls Romney "moral." After all, Las Vegas is a place with such high moral standards.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

The OpEd Piece from Nevada's leading newspaper the Las Vegas Review-Journal caught my eye: This administration is an embarrassment on foreign policy and incompetent at best on the economy

Wow, the "leading" newspaper in a state that ranks in the bottom third in population. (NYC has over three times as many Americans living there than the entire state of Nevada.)

The endorsement of The Economist caught my eye. It has a circulation of approximately 1.5 million world-wide, as opposed to the LVRJ's roughly quarter-million. The editorial board of The Economist does not feel that President Obama is "incompetent at best" on the economy. Economics is their specialty and they endorse a fairly conservative brand of it. I'll hold their opinion, and the opinion of Mayor Bloomberg of NYC -- a man who knows a few things about the economy -- over the right-wing lunacy of some hired shill from Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Two headlines in the WaPo caught my eye:

The OpEd Piece from Nevada's leading newspaper the Las Vegas Review-Journal caught my eye:

This administration is an embarrassment on foreign policy and incompetent at best on the economy - though a more careful analysis shows what can only be a perverse and willful attempt to destroy our prosperity. Back in January 2008, Barack Obama told the editorial board of the San Francisco Chronicle that under his cap-and-trade plan, "If somebody wants to build a coal-fired power plant, they can. It's just that it will bankrupt them." He added, "Under my plan ... electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket." It was also in 2008 that Mr. Obama's future Energy Secretary, Steven Chu, famously said it would be necessary to "figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe" - $9 a gallon.

These behaviors go far beyond "spin." They amount to a pack of lies. To return to office a narcissistic amateur who seeks to ride this nation's economy and international esteem to oblivion, like Slim Pickens riding the nuclear bomb to its target at the end of the movie "Dr. Strangelove," would be disastrous.

Candidate Obama said if he couldn't fix the economy in four years, his would be a one-term presidency.

Mitt Romney is moral, capable and responsible man. Just this once, it's time to hold Barack Obama to his word. Maybe we can all do something about that, come Tuesday.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

@Globewatcher

Already did that. Obama inheretid a deficit of about $470 billion, and more than doubled it. He kept it doubled throughout his Presidency. He now borrows about 40% of the money he spends yearly.

Why did he have to double it?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Mitt Romney 'Do you still think the rising of the seas is funny?'

0 ( +1 / -1 )

VRWC, thanks for your keen insight. Bush's prolific spending was a matter of choice; Obama's, one of necessity - that is, unless you would like the US to resemble Spain or Ireland at this point.

Also, funny how Republicans claim on one hand the the government cannot influence employment yet bay for dismissal when they are disappointed that it didn't. It did, though: Again, look at the American employment rate versus Europe.

You might be aware that the deficit is a function of short-term spending such as the stimulus, variations in revenue which are depressed by the recession, tax policy, and long-term initiatives; it is the latter two that really matter, and Obama is performing very, very admirably in these two respects. His long-term spending plans are lower than any president since Eisenhower. Add a bit of revenue into the mix, and the end of Obama's second term might see the US back to where it was when Clinton left office.

That's all just reality, though. Spin it as you'd like.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

" have yet to say HOW they would suddenly make the US prosper, save that they said it would take a decade or so"

@Globewatcher

He didn't have to spend 5 trillion. Assuming the worst, assuming that he copied Bush's profligate spending habits, he would have added $2 trillion to the national debt. Instead, he added nearly $5 trillion. A shameful performance.

Also, he promised unemployment would fall to below 6% if his stimulus package was passed. It was passed, thanks to Democrat control of both houses of Congress, and unemployment didn'T shift. That alone is reason enough for him to be dismissed.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

Smith - " I think they need to have a person who goes stands to the right of presidential candidates on stage or at podiums who stops the person during a speech and says, "Fact check!" and then presents the facts every time a person on either side lies. Mind you, if that happened Romney would literally not have been able to finish a single sentence on any speech."

Lol!! :-)

1 ( +3 / -2 )

Thanks for proving my point, WilliB.

Interestingly, even "kitchen sink" Romney has dropped the "Benghazi! Benghazi! Benghazi! Benghazi!" drivel of the desperate right. If you think this is deserving of impeachment, Reagan presided over the Lebanon barracks bombings - which killed 241 American serviceman - that would be deserving of execution.

"Benghazi! Benghazi! Benghazi! Benghazi!" Benghazi is increasingly clear to be a CIA operation - and the GOP has blown it. Still - party over country: that is increasingly the Republican way.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

Two headlines in the WaPo caught my eye: "Obama, Romney hone messages for final stretch" and "Mitt Romney's campaign insults voters." As for the former, it is difficult to "hone" throwing the kitchen sink. According to Romneyville, Obama is pals with Castro and Chavez, is personally offshoring Chrysler jobs to China, and plans to appoint a “secretary of business” (wrong, of course, though why this would be bad is beyond me).

As for the latter, the WaPo editorial board correctly points out that "Through all the flip-flops, there has been one consistency in the campaign of Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney: a contempt for the electorate." He lies and expects you to swallow it. He says up is up on Tuesday but that it is down on Thursday and expects that you are stupid enough not to notice the discrepancy. He gives you zero information on himself or on his plans (and, really, Romney supporters here: do you truly feel confident which Romney would govern - what a President Romney would do? - because, if so you've swallowed it!) yet asks for your trust.

The two headlines go hand in hand. The final irony is the insistent claims from the Romney campaign that it is winning. A campaign which is tight but knows it has an advantage will note the closeness and urge its supporters to vote; one that knows it is losing will pretend to win so as to attract those who hate to vote for the loser - i.e., those with no political philosophy and easily bamboozled.

Yes, it is desperation time for the Romney campaign, and however his partisans on this site want to paint it - you have backed the wrong horse. Worse, the dysfunctional GOP will have to undergo a drastic makeover before it is able to nominate a winning horse again, and this may take a long, long time.

1 ( +3 / -2 )

Obama evades all sorts of bombs, the biggest one of course being the scandalous handling of the Al Quaeda attack on the Benghazi consulate and the murder of the ambassador. That alone would be impeachment material.

But "Don´t ask don´t tell" is the current motto, and of course a 90% democrat leaning compliant media corps is of great help.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

@SS3 Re the unemployment rate. Perhaps you had better check again. January 2009, when Obama was inaugurated, it was about 7.3%. Since then, it has risen to today's 7.9%. Plus, the number of people who have given up looking has steadily increased. You have not addressed this key point. The percentage of people who are actually participating in the labor force has steadily dropped, from 65.7% in Jan 2009 to just 63.8% today. It is obvious that the jobs being created cannot even keep up with the natural growth in population.

As for Obama "inheriting" the debt and deficit. Bush's highest deficit was 2008, and was just under $500 billion. Truly shameful. Yet under Obama, it has been more than double that, or $1 TRILLION every year. Assuming he didn'T have the political chops or testicular fortitude to fulfil his promise to halve the deficit, he is responsible for that horrid number.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

FORWARD !

1 ( +3 / -2 )

This last jobs data before the election turns out to be majorly inconsequential. It didn't hurt nor help either candidate much. Both candidates could take away something from it. In other words, it's a wash. They already stopped talking about it.

(As for the East Coast disaster, people are actually questioning NYC mayor Bloomberg why he didn't bring in FEMA earlier rather than later - can ya believe that! They want FEMA, stat!)

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Laguna These good old Mr. Gentlemen days are gone. GOP today is quite different from GOP 30 years ago. We used to do shaking hands to close deals, not anymore.

America GOP is run by Karl Rove, the Koch Brothers and the 1%. (You can get these names from SUPER PAC data). McCain/Palin, Romney/Ryan others like Scott Walker, Scott Brown, Allen, Akin, Mourdock are just puppets, and once their attempt failed, they are simply discarded to trash bin. Meantime, GOP supporters are simply kept ignorant by distortion, deception, speculation, assumption and lie.

Well said. The corporate interests influence both parties now, unfortunately. The 99% need to unite instead of bickering. Carl Rove uses divide an conquer.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

"...and said Americans would choose on Tuesday between prosperity and stagnation."

Yeah, and yet neither Romney nor Ryan, who spent the better part of yesterday 'seizing' on this issue and trying to milk it to blame Obama for everything under the sun, have yet to say HOW they would suddenly make the US prosper, save that they said it would take a decade or so (but deny that if Obama had more time things would get even better than they have since handing him a 10% + unemployment rate under bush!).

Ah, well. When Obama wins again on Tuesday you're going to hear both a lot of Romnesia, bitter whining from the GOP, and a whole lot of sour grapes, but what you WON'T hear is admittance that the GOP simply cannot choose a winner if they're jobs depended on it (which they should but don't, and that's another reason why they lose). Romney has flip-flopped, contradicted himself, and just flat out lied so many times and for soooo long that when you look at it only a Republican supporter with Romnesia wouldn't shake their heads in embarrassment for the US. I think they need to have a person who goes stands to the right of presidential candidates on stage or at podiums who stops the person during a speech and says, "Fact check!" and then presents the facts every time a person on either side lies. Mind you, if that happened Romney would literally not have been able to finish a single sentence on any speech.

He repudiated the Republican’s claim to be an agent of change, accusing him instead of trying to “massage the facts,” highlighting a Romney ad that claims that Chrysler plans to outsource jobs to China to produce its Jeep vehicles

Obama outsourced 529 million taxpayer dollars to Finland to build electric hybrid cars.

With the approval of the Obama administration, an electric car company that received a $529 million federal government loan guarantee is assembling its first line of cars in Finland, saying it could not find a facility in the United States capable of doing the work.

http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/car-company-us-loan-builds-cars-finland/story?id=14770875#.UJP7EIavi3c

At least they were shipped back to the U.S for sale.

Approximately 16 of the $100,000+ Fisker Karma extended-range luxury hybrids were parked in Port Newark, New Jersey last night when water from Hurricane Sandy’s storm surge apparently breached the port and submerged the vehicles. As Jalopnik has exclusively learned, the cars then caught fire and burned to the ground.

Our source tells us they were “first submerged in a storm surge and then caught fire, exploded.” This wouldn’t be the first time the vehicles, which use a small gasoline engine to charge batteries that provide energy to two electric motors, had an issue with sudden combustion.

Why shouldn't we? President Bush sure did not appreciate former President Jimmy Carter undermining his efforts in dealing with North Korea (neither did Clinton for that matter). He also has stated publicly from the moment that he became an ex-President that he would not criticize this President or any future one for that matter. His actions the past 4 years have backed up his word on this.

Also Romney hasn't exactly held the Bush administration at arms length away from his campaign at all. Condi Rice was a key speaker at Republican convention and her speech was quite well received by the delegates.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

Sail, I'm surprised you seem to take bUsh at his word.

No, he's staying out of the debate because he must now realize how much of a disaster his presidency was - it's at the very core of the debate.

Every day he must hear both side saying how terrible the economy he handed them is, how deep it sunk, and what each candidate plans to do about fixing the disaster that happened on his watch.

Conservatives can deny it until they're blue in the face - the economy tanked under bush - 2 wars, Medicare subsidy, tax cuts - all contributed to the skyrocketing deficit. Obama hasn't been able to fix it yet but at least he's pitting Americans' health and jobs first.

Sail, Bush is a guy who flew in a jet fighter to an aircraft carrier parked just off San Diego: He loves to make a big entrance. If the GOP had really wanted him there, he would have been. The didn't; he wasn't.

He Who Cannot Be Named - he who wasn't even invited to this year's GOP national convention. Will Romney be given a speaking position at the GOP convention in 2016? Doubtful.

“President Bush was grateful for the invitation to the Republican National Convention,” Bush spokesman Freddy Ford wrote in an e-mail. “He supports Governor Romney and wants him to succeed. President Bush is confident that Mitt Romney will be a great President. But he’s still enjoying his time off the political stage and respectfully declined the invitation to go to Tampa.”

It is also the 45th consecutive month of unemployment at or above 7.8%. As the U.S. liberals living god, Bill Clinton, once said, "It's the economy, stupid." On Tuesday, we'll find out if a majority of Americans really want another four years of this.

@glovalwatcher.

If you insist;

"today, I’m pledging to cut the deficit we inherited by half by the end of my first term in office"

-Barack Obama, Feb. 2009

He also called Bush "irresponsible" and "unpatriotic" for increasing the debt by $4 trillion in 8 years. How should he describe himself now?

Vast Right-Wing ConspiratorNov. 03, 2012 - 11:38AM JST

Simple math.

Obama inherited an 11 trillion dollar debt, which was shameful. He ADDED more than a trillion every year since, which is even more shameful.

Please proceed, VRWC. Let us hear more. .

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Wow, a lot of Obama lovers on this board.

I wonder what they'll do when he's reelected and the unemployment and debt get worse? Will they STILL blame BUSH and the REPUBLICANS?

After all, when a democrat is president, it's NEVER their fault when things go wrong.

-6 ( +3 / -9 )

he’s shown as his defeat has become apparent ensures he will plummet down the GOP memory hole, never to be heard of again in the context of his party.

American politics is canging to the worst, and it will never be the same.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

How about "U.S. government debt increases more in less than 4 years under Obama than in 8 years under Bush"?

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

"How about "Private sector job creation continues under Obama?"

How about "Unemployment continues to be higher under Obama than at any time under George W. Bush"?

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

Perhaps it is not too early to begin wondering on what will become of Romney from Wednesday. Previous losers such as McCain and Kerry continue to serve in Congress; others such as Dole, Mondale, and the recently departed McGovern became elder statesmen of their party. Remember the outpouring of eulogies following McGovern's demise; he was quite fondly remembered even after all those years.

More likely, Romney's fate will more closely resemble that of the GOP's most recent president, He Who Cannot Be Named - he who wasn't even invited to this year's GOP national convention. Will Romney be given a speaking position at the GOP convention in 2016? Doubtful. His mendacity and, importantly, the outright irresponsibility he’s shown as his defeat has become apparent ensures he will plummet down the GOP memory hole, never to be heard of again in the context of his party.

Sad, really - it didn't have to be like this.

No Republican put any legislation on the table in support of Bush's initiative to privatize Social Security. So a non- existent bill can not prove unanimous Democratic opposition.

Following his successful 2004 reelection campaign, President George W. Bush designated fundamental Social Security reform as his top domestic priority.

By early summer the initiative was on life support, with congressional Democrats uniformly opposed and Republicans in disarray. After Hurricane Katrina inundated what remained of the President's support, congressional leaders quietly pulled the plug. By October, even the President had to acknowledge that his effort had failed.

Simple math.

Obama inherited an 11 trillion dollar debt, which was shameful. He ADDED more than a trillion every year since, which is even more shameful.

Obama promised unemployment in the 5% range if his stimulus was passed. It was passed. Unemployment is STILL higher than when he took office.

Plus, there are millions of Americans who are not counted as unemployed because they have given up. They are on the swelling ranks of welfare, food stamps, and disability claims.

Real participation in the workforce has fallen in the Obama term.

To quote the President himself in 2009, "If the economy isn't better in 3 years, I don't deserve a second term.".

He was right then, and should have the grace to stand aside.

But he did not say it at the start of Obama’s term;

So what? It was the prevailing sentiment of a great many his party from Day One. It's just that during the first two years he didn't have the votes to successfully act on it.

Not sure if this is ignorance or more mendacity. No Republican put any legislation on the table in support of Bush's initiative to privatize Social Security. So a non-existent bill can not prove unanimous Democratic opposition. It more clearly indicates serious division within Bush's own party.

No Democratic leader made any statement that their primary objective was to defeat Bush in 2004 -- as Senate Majority Leader McConnell made about Obama.

From the Washington Post factchecker:

There is no doubt that McConnell said he wanted to make Obama a one-term president. But he did not say it at the start of Obama’s term; instead, he made his comments at the midpoint, after Obama had enacted many of his preferred policies.

Perhaps, in Obama’s memory, McConnell was always uncooperative. But that does not give him and other Democrats the license to rearrange the chronology to suit the party’s talking points.

Two Pinocchios

Can you provide an example of a major Bush initiative that met with near-unanimous Democratic rejection?

His initiaitve to more or less privatize Social Security.....next?

-1 ( +3 / -4 )

I stood in a line for over an hour today to cast my vote for President Obama and Vice-President Biden.

I doubt if there was a single person among the hundreds in line who could cast their vote as proudly for Mitt Romney as many of us did for Mr. Obama.

2 ( +7 / -5 )

Just like the Dems were when Bush was president. It's called partisan politics.

When will you cease with your falsehoods and face the truth? No Democratic leader made any statement that their primary objective was to defeat Bush in 2004 -- as Senate Majority Leader McConnell made about Obama.

Plenty of Democrats supported Bush's tax cuts. Quite a few supported the decision to invade Iraq. Ditto "No Child Left Behind," and the prescription drug program. Where there was opposition came from Bush's proposed appointees to circuit courts.

Can you provide an example of a major Bush initiative that met with near-unanimous Democratic rejection? How many times did senate Democrats use the filibuster, and how many times did the Republicans use it during the past four years? (Note: the Republicans set new records for the number of filibusters.)

Watch Obama try to bailout American Airlines, just you watch. This is big government at its absolute worst!

Very unlikely.

You have not been aware of this, but they are already operating under Chapter 11 US federal bankruptcy protection..

3 ( +3 / -0 )

@Serrano Just a question for you. Was Bush wrong to bail out the indebted car makers? Were you screaming 'Socialism!' at the time? Most analysts predicted that if GM and Chrysler went to the wall, Ford would have also followed suit due to the collapse of parts manufacturers and suppliers. It is confusing that many posters tell us how they liked Bush, hardly a fiscal conservative if you look at his spending, and then scream Socialist at Obama. All very strange....

"The president repeatedly touts his decision to bail out indebted auto makers"

Um, that started with Bush. However, Bush and the obstructionist Republicans are to blame for the 7.9% unemployment rate and the $16 trillion debt.

Serrano, I have a question for ya. How did Obama created a 5 trillion debt? Remember Bush passed on 11 trillion to Obama when he left. You should be able to tell me by now. Waiting for your good response.

So that's your excuse? It's never Obama's fault.

“Four years ago, candidate Obama promised to do so very much, but he has fallen so very short,” Romney said in his first stop in Wisconsin, touting his past as a successful businessman to build the case he can create jobs.

One minute (this particular minute) candidate Romney is talking about all the jobs he will create if he is elected. But whenever talking about Obama's jobs record, "the government doesn't create jobs."

Well that's a fine, "how do ya do?"

Is there ANYONE left who still believes anything that comes out of his mouth because if you still believe Mitt Romney, give me a an hour of interview time (preferably with gaffes; shouldn't be hard) Final Cut Pro version 10 and I can splice together a video of Mitt Romney telling people to send me money. I wonder how many of the rubes would buy it? Hell, they bought Sarah Palin up until just a couple of months ago and she didn't even need to know Microsoft MovieMaker.

What was it P.T. Barnum said was born every minute? He was quoted for an internet story. Really Honest. And about that money you are going to send me...

The Republican leadership from Day One was dead set against President Obama succeeding on any terms that was not theirs. The Republicans have provided very effective ballast on the American balloon. Let's hope the American people have the sense to cut off these near-worthless sandbags and head upwards.

Bass, I did not say do not blame anything and everything on Mr.Obama, I said REPUBLICANS want and are blaming anything and everything on President Obama. Should the economy be better, well I sure hope it would get better, but remember that one fool down in Georgia who was riding around on his truck proudly displaying that no new hires until Obama was OUT of the White House, and that is just one simple redneck riding around in Georgia, now multiply by who knows how many millions of angry, envious fools that want to make sure Mr.Obama has no chance of IMPROVING the American economy.

5 ( +7 / -2 )

"Republican Mitt Romney, however, seized on an uptick in the jobless rate by a tenth of point to 7.9% to bemoan an economy at a “virtual standstill” and said Americans would choose on Tuesday between prosperity and stagnation."

Having worked for a financial company I'm quite familiar with charts, and the way I read that chart is despite a few upticks since Oct. 2011 the one year rate is 1 % less. In another words, the chart plainly shows the unemployment rate is trending lower.

3 ( +6 / -3 )

Four years ago, candidate Obama promised to do so very much, but he has fallen so very short,” Romney said

Romeny is a Full of Shi@!!. This guy suggests to me that he never learned a basic analetical skill to interpret the data and charts as a business leader. Well, this does no surprised me as his budget plan does not add up anyway.

Look at unemployment data from 2008 to 2012 under Obama. The data clearly suggests US unemployment has been improving for the past 35 months compared to Bush Unemployment data from 2000 to 2008.

President has been doing great, and moving FORWARD with Obama, not back. At this time, this data does not do anyting for election. Many JT Romney supporters would come back with excues many unemployed people gave up looking for job. Well, I heard this excuses too long. The data is solid.

"Stagnation"?? It is the REPUBLICANS, who they, themselves are enjoying putting every rock, stick, landmine in Mr.Obama's way to make sure the US economy is in stuck in reverse! The so called rich folk who should be trying to make more $$ and hire more workers just do not want to that UNTIL after they try and try to have Mr.Obama kicked out of office. Is it racism?? Is it some Right Wing Conspiracy?? Not too sure, but never EVER under estimate the level of evil oozing out of the nasty pores of them good old boys, just seething at the teeth, frothing at the mouth like rabid dogs, barking and yelping at their Tea Party rallies. So easy to try and blame anything bad on Mr.Obama, when he is bending over backwards to make more jobs for Americans, but we need to look at the WHOLE picture and point out these fools who do not care about the regular American worker and are more worried about getting back into the WHITE HOUSE so they can keep on just helping the RICH get RICHER and regular Americans, well the regular good, hard working men and women of America can wait for what EX president Reagan called the TRICKLE DOWN theory, that $$$ will just TRICKLE down from the RICH to the POOR but we all know that $$ does not trickle down, other DIRTY things trickle down, from the rich to the poor and that is what ROMNEY does not want us to remember.
