He jokes and they yuk it up while common people suffer from the sequester. Meanwhile, Egypt and other countries that receive billions of dollars yuk it up too because they do not suffer from the sequester. Budgeting rule #1. There is never a shortage of money, it is just a matter of priorities. #2. Me first.
