...yes, we in USA helped make both China and Russia wealthier as we weakened the USA. Those wonderful allies of NK. Transfer of Wealth I think they call it.

May be time? The time has been and gone my slow witted friend. North Korea aren't going to respond to sanctions. They won't change their ways. They're already the most isolated country. What more can sanctions do? North Korea is set on its path. The US has two choices: Use force, or be hit with it.

The North Korean sanctions only hurt the people and not the hiarchy who can just send their delivery boys across to China to pick up all they need.
