He outlived so many who hated him for no other reason than his skin color.

No, they’re not. In fact if you read the bill which is online they have made it easier to vote. All you need to do is provide ID, if you don’t have ID they made it even simpler, you just need to have the last four digits of your Social Security number and since most Americans have a Social Security number, poor or not, it is very easy to find out the identification of someone, or you can vote by mail and have a ballot sent to your residence, provided you can verify that you reside at that residence. Yes, The bill makes it harder to cheat, that’s true, but it also makes it very easy to vote.
